Local history at it's finest
We visited the water tower and also paid £2 extra to have a brief walking tour with the volunteer to the hermitage. It is a lovely way to pass an hour or so.
A lovely, scenic piece of history. It’s N interesting little monument with lots of nice preserved touches. We really enjoyed it for a short afternoon visit.
If you can tie this in with a visit to Honeywood Museum while in the area then you should but check the opening times of both. The Water Tower is, I believe, run by local friends and offers a really f...

Interesting old building kept in good repair and avaiable for hire.
I been to this building many times and attended a number of events there. Have hired it for a birthday and it was good value.
