Chimney on the beach
Really odd and not particularly attractive....but striking and you can’t miss it. I did not get a chance to find out it’s history or purpose.

Three chimneys altogether but this is the highest. Lovingly restored and well worth a visit. Plumbob seen through glass windows at base responds to the sway of the chimney in high winds

The Chimney of the Guindos is an old chimney completed in 1923. It is located next to San Andres beach. The 106-meter high construction was made from refractory bricks to resist acids. Its function...
Strange to see
Not sure of the importance of Chimenea de los Guindos but it’s a prominent structure on the promenade at Malaga. Looks a little out of place but very well renovated

Unusual photo opportunity right on the beach. Worth to come closer if you are around. There is also a nice promenade and lots of fish restaurants.
