About Pont des Arts

Built shortly after the turn of the 19th century, the Pont des Arts is a bridge that stretches across the Seine that was built shortly after the turn of the 19th century. It was Paris's first metal bridge. Napoleon commissioned the work using English manufacturing designs as an inspiration. The original bridge was damaged heavily during the two World Wars and would require rebuilding in the early 1980s. The modern bridge follows closely the original plans of designer Louis Arretche.

Paris Art Bridge is located on the Seine River in the centre of Paris. It was built in 1804. In order to connect the French Academy and the Art Exhibition Hall, Napoleon I ordered the construction of art bridges for pedestrians. The Art Bridge was destroyed by German bombing during the two World Wars and was eventually rebuilt in the 1980s. The tradition of Europeans chained to bridges began in the early 20th century in memory of their lover who died in battle. Tourists who come here will throw keys into the river to show their loyalty after fixing the lock on the bridge. So the bridge is also called Love Lock Bridge.

The Art Bridge in Paris is a unique iron bridge on the Seine River. The guardrails on both sides of the bridge are covered with various small locks, and the words of wishes left by everyone. The Jedi is a different landscape on the Seine River.

Paris Art Bridge is located on the banks of the Seine River. It was built in 1804. In order to connect the French Academy and the Art Exhibition Hall, the old Palace in Paris, Napoleon I ordered the construction of the Art Bridge in 1804 for pedestrians. In 1918, bombing and multiple collisions during the 1944 World War (1961, 1970, 1979) put the bridge in jeopardy. In 1982-1984, it was decided to rebuild the art bridge to restore the scene and maintain the pedestrian-only tradition. Tourists who come here will throw keys into the river to show their loyalty after fixing the lock on the bridge, so the bridge is also called Love Lock Bridge.

The Art Bridge is a pedestrian bridge on the Seine River in Paris, connecting the French Society and the Louvre Central Plaza (known as the Palace of Art in the First Empire). The most memorable thing is the wonder of the bridge. Lovers from all over the world prefer to buy a lock on the bridge and then throw the key into the Seine River, because the railings on both sides of the bridge are full of different sizes of locks, old and new, which may be called "Love Bridge". The Louvre area is originally an area with a strong artistic flavor, and any scenery is art.

Paris, the Art Bridge on the Seine River, where couples from all over the world lock love. There were still many locks when we went in 2013, but last year's National Day was gone. It is said that the citizens have reflected that the bridge can't bear those weights... Paris on National Day 2016. The Art Bridge for Early Morning Running is good.

Paris Art Bridge is an arch-shaped iron bridge on the Seine River. It is like a long rainbow across the Seine River. But I really don't understand why it is called Art Bridge, because I can't associate it with art. Maybe some friends know why.

Paris Art Bridge is an old wooden bridge on the Seine River in Paris. It feels very romantic just to listen to its name and location. Apart from the ancient wooden chairs and lanterns and the beautiful scenery of the Seine River standing on the bridge, the most attractive romantic scenery on the bridge is the love locks on the railings on both sides.

It is famous for its love locks, which are full of bridges. It's best to be here at night. Artists who play guitar, the waves of the Seine River under the bridge, the iron tower in the distance, and the right people around them. The art bridge is definitely one of the most romantic sites in Paris.
