Yuhuang Pavilion is located outside the north gate of Pingluo County, Ningxia. It is the largest Taoist temple in Ningxia. It is a magnificent ancient building complex with pavilions and top base. It was built in the first year of Qingguangxu (1875), and was renovated in the Republic of China in 28 years (1939), covering an area of 4,200 square meters. It sits north to south and has brick-clad platforms. The north and south are 105 meters long, and the east and west are 40 meters long. It is divided into four levels, rising from south to north. The highest building is about 26 meters from the ground.
