Near noon, some of our volunteers were waiting in the teacher's office for school. The headmaster told us a good news. This Sunday is the traditional Nepalese cow festival (Gai Jatra), which will be closed for three days. The days are next Wednesday. However, my volunteers will end next Tuesday and return to Kathmandu on Wednesday! This means that the time left for me and the children is only coming soon! And I originally planned to use the SLR to take pictures of the children in the last few days and record their bits and pieces. The time left for me is less than half an hour. The excitement of the weekend is completely broken by this accident. I am going to be separated from the children. I dont even have the chance to be in the classroom with the children. Say goodbye! I can't believe it, and the principal confirmed it, and it turned out that I didn't get it wrong. I informed the principal of my schedule, the principal expressed regret, and the principal and several teachers also bid farewell to me. The ringing bells outside the window have already sounded, and the children have already ran out of the classroom to prepare to stand up... There is a little despair in the heart. Its too late to go home to take the SLR. Although the pixels are low in quality, I fortunately have a mobile phone. I strode downstairs and left everything here with my mobile phone. The children are so cute, the smile is so pure, and my heart is so sad... As usual, the children stand up neatly and prepare for the last thing before school. . But for me, these are the last time - I tried to calm myself, and the last time I listened to my naughty students sang the national anthem. I don't know the children I am going to say goodbye. I deliberately tried to say goodbye to me. I have a consistent naughty smile on my face. Their Chinese is getting better and better. I don't know how hard I tried to let the tears flow out. It's so easy at that moment, but it's so hard... Looking back at just 12 days of life, I feel a lot of emotion. Although I volunteered to help the school, as time went by, I became more and more aware that what I could do compared to all that could be given to me was really insignificant. The students in the school may experience a dozen volunteers like me. Maybe they will forget the one from China soon, but for me, this volunteer life will be my only one, and I will cherish it, as if I am the one who comes to help.
