Mr. Huang Binhong Memorial Hall is located in the Zhejiang Provincial Museum on the shore of the West Lake, close to the Changshuhong Art Museum. Huang Binhong 1865-1955, originally from Jixian County, Anhui Province, was born in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, a Chinese modern painter. He died in Hangzhou in 1955.
