From the small gate next to the architectural museum, you can directly rise to Qishan, the flag mountain of Malacca, also known as St. Paul's Hill, which is the highest peak in the Malacca region. The observation deck on the top of the mountain overlooks the entire Straits of Malacca. The St. Paul's Church on the top of the mountain is the oldest church built by Europeans in Southeast Asia. The pure white statue of Father St. Francis standing in front of the church is honored as a saint and a statue. Although it is not very high, it is quite tiring to walk up the hill for about 20 minutes.
