About Weifang

Weifang is located in Shandong. As the birthplace of kites, it is known as the World Capital of Kites. It is also an interesting tourism city. The Kite Museum downtown has a collection featuring many kites and different styles of kite from inside and outside of China. Fangtze Eurotown is a lovely mix of century old German- and Japanese-style buildings that have preserved their original charm. Shihuyuan Garden Museum is an excellently preserved example of a Jiangnan-style private garden north of the Yangtze River. Jiangnan or "south of the river" refers to the geographic area to the south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River Other than the historical and cultural landscape inside the city, you can also go to the areas surrounding Weifang and explore the beautiful natural landscape. The Lushan Scenic Area in Linyi's Linqu County is also known as Fairy Mountain. Many famous scholars of the imperial past left inscribed tablets. This is a good place to go mountain climbing and sightseeing.

The Yunmenshan Scenic Spot is located in the southern suburbs of Qingzhou. It has been a famous mountain in central Shandong since ancient times and is one of the landmarks in Qingzhou. Dayunding, the main peak of Yunmen Mountain is 421 meters above sea level. It is steep and has plenty of cypress and pines. It overlooks Qingzhou and is a good place to enjoy the sunrise. However, Yunmen Mountain is best known for its stone Buddha statues and stone inscriptions. It is especially famous for the huge stone carving of the Chinese character "Shou" (longevity), which is the iconic attraction here.

Mt Yimeng Tourist Area is located in the town of Yishan Town, Linqu County. It is the major northern part of Yimeng Mountain. You can climb to the top of the Yuhuang Pavillion and enjoy the landscape and sunrise. Apart from a Taoist building, Yuhuang Pavilion, there are other scenic spots such as Wanghai Pavillion, Tanhai Rock and Taiqing Cave nearby on the top. In the center of Weifang, Shandong, there is a garden in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The area is not large. It is named Shiyan Garden, which means that it is only as large as ten seesaws. The owner of the garden is Ding Shanbao, the richest man in the county of Qing Dynasty, and is therefore also known as the "Ding Jia Garden." The garden of Shiyan Garden is connected with a large piece of Ming and Qing Dynasties in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, reflecting the culture and customs of the Wei and Ming Dynasties. The city of Weifang was called Jixian in the Qing Dynasty. At that time, it was famous for its developed handicraft industry. It has the reputation of Southern Suzhou and Beijiao County. Zheng Banqiao, one of the eight strangers in Yangzhou, once wrote a poem in Qixian County. He wrote such a poem, "There are no lights in the three, and the city is full of flowers. The foreign songs are outside the clouds. " quaint courtyard, the houses are mostly built with blue bricks. They have the rigorous and regular architectural style of the northern region. The alleys divide the courtyard into several courtyards. is located at the intersection of north and south, reaching Beijing and Tianjin to the north and Suhang to the south. The style of the garden is also a combination of north and south, small and exquisite. Shiyanyuan was originally the home of Langzhong Hubangzuo in the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. Zheng Banqiao lived here and Kang Youwei lived. In the eleventh year of the Guangxu reign of Qing Dynasty (AD 1885), Shiyanyuan was purchased by the richest man in Dingshan County, Ding Shanbao, as a private school, and was repaired. It has today's scale.
