It has now been renamed the Yichun City Museum, but the content displayed here is also different from the general museum. The first thing I saw in the pavilion was the introduction of dinosaurs in prehistoric times. Most of the dinosaur skeletons displayed here were taken from the Longgu Mountain in Jiayin County. The Longgu Mountain was named after the extremely rich dinosaur fossils of 70 million years ago. The dinosaurs are so strange in the impression of many of us that the specimens of animal and plant fossils from the Jurassic to the Pleistocene from 10,000 to 65 million years ago were exhibited. The Cretaceous duck-dragon fossils and the Pleistocene mammoth bone fossils, which were once seen in documentaries, are now available here through graphic texts and have an immersive feel.
