It was fine, very close to the airport, and reasonably clean. There was a hot shower and the AC worked. However, the room was rather small and simple for the price. Breakfast was O.K. The price is mostly for the location.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Prism, the Boutique Hotel, Jorhat. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and super clean bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there were no hand towel provided in the washroom. Other than that, I can’t find any fault in the place and will definitely go back.

Me and my husband stayed in their hotel and it was a delightful experience for us, rooms were well decorated, clean. Room service was also very helpful. Wifi was fast too. The food was also delicious, for us it is the best hotel of the town.

The room we stayed was bit small for 3 persons. The double bed was also small for 2 persons. Booking was for 3 persons so they should provide 3 towels, 3 water bottles, 3 glasses etc but they provided only 2. After asking extra they provided extra towel and glass but refused for water bottle. Also they provide water bottles for first day only while we stayed there for 4 nights. It seems cheap if you pay for 4 nights and they refuse to give water bottles of Rs 10x 3. What if a guest books daily and do daily chekin instead of booking for 4 days?

Room was good and relaxabale. If they want to fully satisty the guests, the tv in the room needs to be changed and the door in the bothroom needs to be cleaned. Besides, everything is fine.
