GGuest UserIt turns out that breakfast at this place starts only at 8:00 AM, which is quite inconvenient for many guests. Ideally, breakfast should be available from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. Additionally, when I approached the reception at 7:30 AM, no personnel were present. When someone finally arrived, they were unsure about the breakfast time—one said it was at 7:30, and another later said 8:00. This confusion led me to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes. Moreover, my second booking was not found in their system. As a result, I had to make a new booking on the spot, which ended up costing more than the original reservation I had made online.

GGuest UserLovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want. The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such. You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.

GGuest UserPerfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThis is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, in terms of cleanliness, service, and location. The staff are accommodating and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. They keep the hostel very clean, especially the bathrooms. I highly recommend this place to solo travelers.. it's a great spot to meet people and exchange travel stories.

AAnonymous Userthe location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.

GGuest User立地が非常によく、清潔でとてもよかった。 入場はわかりづらいが、他の人の口コミで番号を知って入った。ベッドは広く、他の人が動いても揺れないもので助かった。 また、こまめにシャワーに清掃が入ってるようでとてもよかった。これが1番嬉しかった。スタッフも親切。 ただ、他の客がうるさかった（ホテルは悪くない）のと、特に鍵などないのでセキュリティ面でどうなっているのか？はやや不安。
