This was the cheapest place within the walking distance to the city center. But take note that walking means walking up slopes in snow and ice conditions. The main entrance to the hostel was so icy because no one shoveled the snow. The hostel is actually cozy and neat but the entrance is literally the most dangerous place in the whole city I kid you not. Photo attached for reference. It's self check in and I didnt see anyone locking any rooms or the main entrance when I was there. However, trust basis is quite high and I did enjoy my stay there.

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es enorme y super bonita. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La terraza también está muy bien pero era compartida con la habitación de al lado La única pega que encontramos es que no tiene ascensor. Y tiene bastantes escaleras hasta el ático. Si vas cargando con equipaje y tienes problemas de movilidad se complica. Pero por lo que vimos había habitaciones en la planta baja sin ninguna escalera. Está un poco alejada pero tiene parking gratis y un supermercado al lado

The hotel is very clean, it is well located, near the beautiful fjord and walks. The hotel offers a free parking, a Joker for the courses and a pub a few meters away. Communication via the trip is good, responses are quick. The only bemol was that I had to book this hotel of months in advance, mainly for its restaurant, because the other hotels around it did not have a shared kitchen. The restaurant was closed for maintenance, so I had almost nothing to depane, because the joker was already closed when we arrived. I would have thought of lower prices on the reservations because of the maintenance of the restaurant, it's a pity.

There is a small bed in the room, and my little friend directly said that he wanted to sleep on the small bed (he would not sleep on it at home). It's just that there is no elevator on the third floor, so it's a bit tiring to move boxes. The restaurant service is good.

We arrived in the evening, reception was not open but instructions to where our room and key are were sent in advance. Due to the weather (arrived during heavy snow) we struggled a bit to find our room, which was unpleasant, but once we found it our stay was very nice. The room had everything we needed, bathroom simple and clean, kitchen organized and simple with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and everything, and a very nice shared area. The location is very close to Finnsnes, but buses don't run very often, and not in the evening; so plan in advance if you count on using public transportation. On the up side, when the bus does run, there is a stop right outside. All in all, great value for money. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Very cozy stay, spacious enough for tourists luggages. A very user friendly kitchen with all you need (but would even better if with cooking oil coming along). Very warm bathroom and good washing machine. Nice view and convenient location (just 15 mins bus to the city centre) considering the good deal of price and good view of the alps. A pretty big Kiwi grocery supermarket is just downstairs of the apartment, so it’s definitely worth a stay:)

The address is Månetoppen 38d, 9321 Moen i Målselv. The apartment is also referred to as B6. How to get there: Follow the E6 to Olsborg about 12 kilometers north of Bardufoss. When you get to Olsborg, turn off the E6 and drive towards Rundhaug/Øverbygd (road 87). Follow this road about 9 kilometers until you see the sign that leads you up to Målselv Fjellandsby. From there, turn towards the resort and drive 4-5 kilometers to the welcome center/ski cafe. Drive a couple of hundred meters past the welcome center/ski cafe and turn right up to Månetoppen and the B-block. See the picture below for a more detailed description of where the Penthouse Månetoppen apartment is. It is the apartment on the third floor in the picture, marked B6 by the door. Parking: You can park your car outside the B-block/appartment. No fixed spaces. It is also possible to park in the large parking lot below the welcome center/ski cafe. The lock code to open the front door will be sent you before you check-in. It is 6 digits plus a square key. Internet: SSID: GNX40811E WPA Key: NDHT3FQXH3K3 TV with apple-tv connection Washing machine (feel free to use - bring washing powder) Kettle and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine in kitchen (bring Nespresso Vertuo capsules if you wish to use Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine) Separate toilet and bathroom. There are some rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bring extra if you rent for many days. Bed linen and towels are in the bedrooms. Extra bed linen is in the wardrobe in the innermost bedroom (Hemsedal room). Extra towels are in the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom. Please bring hygiene items (soap, shower gel, shampoo). There are three bedrooms in the apartment, the Målselv room, the Hemsedal room and the Narvik room. One of these bedrooms will be locked when we rent out. We will put personal items in this room.
