The facilities are good, the guests are of high quality, it is very quiet throughout the whole trip and has a sense of boundaries, but the location is average, it is only one block away from the Leaf Shop, you can smell the hemp smell at the door, and it is indeed comfortable to walk to the art museum, about less than 20 minutes, you can weigh it yourself

Nice hotel. They were not able to help me with my cancelation request because I booked through trip.com which apparently I was told by the desk clerk that ”they don't work with them” which I find odd considering I was able to book a room with them via trip.com. This was disappointing. I feel this needs a second look.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was included included and there was hot coffee and tea available all day. The location is not bad - near lots of restaurants and cafes and just 10 minutes by car from IKEA and Park Meadows Shopping Mall.

RRegiena MillerI talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

GGuest User1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

GGuest UserWhat I like: (1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits (2) Staff are professional, explain things well. (3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in. What can be improved: (1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier. (2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay. Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

CCayaNo-frills, budget-friendly hotel conveniently located. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff, although professional and competent, weren’t exactly friendly or welcoming. Biggest issue was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was laughably weak and the hot water pretty much ran out completely within 5 minutes of turning on the shower. Not a pleasant experience in late fall/winter

DDustin Paul-Green to the Extreme- This hotel should have 5 stars as they have excellent breakfast, the facility is renovated and in good shape, parking is free and common areas are well-maintained. My main problem pertains to their ”Green” practice, which has been taken to an extreme level. As a ”green” hotel, the lights in the room shut off completely after 30 minutes of in-room motion. Working at the desk in my room, I had the lights shut off 5 times while I was trying to work at my desk (very annoying). Secondly, all of the outlets are set to green timers so they shut-off after 30 minutes. This means that their own alarm clock doesn't work because it resets to 12 AM every 30 minutes......lol.....why is it even in the room? Being green is one thing, penny pinching is another. If they truly wanted to save the environment, they wouldn't have a hot tub and pool (believe it or not, heating these puppies 24-7 costs far more than shutting off visitor's high efficiency LED lights and outlets. Get rid of these bologna problems and you will get five stars.

GGuest UserTo stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder. We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.

Aaryanjain.ethFantastic Stay at Hostel Fish – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Hostel Fish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is social yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for solo travelers or groups looking to meet new people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like privacy curtains, lockers, and charging ports by each bed. The common areas, including the bar, were lively and a great place to unwind after exploring Denver. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Another highlight was the staff-led activities and recommendations—they genuinely want you to have a great time in the city. If you're looking for a hostel with a fun, social, and comfortable stay, Hostel Fish is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Would absolutely stay again!
