I recently stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Metro Airport, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The convenience of this location, just minutes from the airport, made my travel stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush and inviting, providing the perfect environment for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker, which made my stay even more convenient. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of my stay. With a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and waffles, it was a great way to start the day before heading out. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient, making my travel logistics a breeze. The drivers were courteous and made sure I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Great stay. Good location. Clean room. King bed takes up most of the room however it’s fine for a stay. Friendly staff at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast was minimal, but Denny’s is next door if you’re needing a full breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a short stay but it was pleasant! I have stayed in hotels that were $600+/night that weren’t even as up to par. I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, tidy, and had every necessity. I would stay again!

The room is not particularly big, the bathroom equipment is a bit old, and the price/performance ratio is super high.

I'm in Detroit on a business trip and chose a hotel near the airport with free parking. I didn't have time for breakfast, but the service was excellent. I've been staying at the Hampton Inn a lot lately.

Nice hotel to just comfortably sleep for business. Water pressure in shower was not good. But room was very clean and bed was clean and comfortable

There are restaurants such as Buffalo wings, Wendy's near the hotel. Although there is a distance from the city center, it can be reached by bus in 10-15 minutes. The counter staff is very friendly, the room equipment is simple but very clean! Recommended ～

There is no hot breakfast, so the breakfast is just a few biscuits and coffee. Very disappointed, there is nothing to eat next to it. The room equipment is very old and the sanitary conditions are generally the same.

There are many parking spaces, the rooms have been refurbished, the facilities are relatively new, the bed is very comfortable, the carpet is clean, and the front desk will provide free water. Very comfortable to live, recommended.
