Everything was great except for the location. Since I booked it mainly for a hotel staycation, the facilities and cleanliness were both fine. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't provide much information at check-in and I had to ask to get details, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was satisfied. In particular, the shuttle bus to Hoi An was much better value for money than a taxi. It ran comfortably on schedule, making it easy to travel without having to worry about Grab drivers. The pool staff were friendly, and it was so convenient to be able to wash up right away in the sauna afterwards. The guests are mostly Korean, but it's convenient because it's tailored to that. It was also great that they cleaned the room every day during a multi-night stay.

The location is quite far from the city center, which was a bit tough, but the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly, so overall I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff are very kind. The breakfast is delicious, and the swimming pool is excellent. It's perfectly optimized for family trips. I'd love to visit again. The sauna facilities are also perfect.

Traveled with friends. We added breakfast. Check-in was smooth, and the pool was really great. When we were there, a wedding was happening on the private beach, so we even got to see fireworks!

Cons: I was stung by a bee 🐝 in the pool area. Only a staff member by the pool came to apply medicine, but no senior management or manager came to check on me. Even the foreign tourists nearby were more concerned than the staff and immediately offered us ice. After returning to my room, I only received a phone call asking about it. As a five-star hotel, this handling attitude needs improvement. If a child had been stung today, would they have handled it the same way? Large shaded seats in the pool area require payment, which is not the case in other five-star hotels I've visited. Pros: The hotel smells lovely and is very soothing. It's a well-designed hotel with high-end toiletries. The hot water heats up quickly, and the heated pool is a rare find. Staying for 3 consecutive days includes one free mini-bar refill. Breakfast is good, and other staff members provided excellent service.

This family-friendly hotel is fantastic! Everything from cleanliness to location, food, and facilities is top-notch. The swimming pool water is also incredibly clean. My only minor complaint is that I couldn't find a spinner to wring out my swimsuit, which was a little inconvenient.

Overall, the room was very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast is highly recommended, it was really delicious. The sauna was also clean. However, there were quite a few children, so it's probably a better choice for families traveling with kids.
