This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but there was no need – you really have to experience it for yourself. When we arrived around noon, a staff member immediately came to help with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. Inside, there was a lovely, subtle fragrance. During check-in, the front desk lady proactively upgraded our room type. We left our bags and went out for lunch. When we returned around 2 PM, we headed straight to our room to relax. I prefer firm pillows, and housekeeping brought one up right away. The room was very clean and even came with kids' slippers and toothbrushes, which was a great touch. Best of all, my room had a view of the Forbidden City's rooftops! 😅 The area around the hotel is also super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing! 👍

The hotel has perfect location, close to Forbidden City and walking distance to Wangfujing shopping area. We had great view to see the forbidden city outside our window. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Traveling with family to Beijing, staying near Wangfujing was convenient. The hotel's brand, ambiance, and breakfast were all excellent. We booked an Executive Forbidden City View room specifically to see the golden roofs of the Forbidden City. The sunset views were amazing! You could also see the White Dagoba at Jingshan Park. On our second night, the front desk helped us move to a higher floor with a better view. We stayed for two consecutive nights and were very satisfied overall! 😀

The hotel was definitely the highlight of this trip! Traveling alone with my parents and child, Cecilia was incredibly warm and proactive, offering help with everything and making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch. The room facilities were complete, the hairdryer was powerful, and the towels and bedding were very comfortable. Being on a high floor, we even had a view of the Forbidden City, which was a wonderful experience. If I ever go to Beijing again, I'll definitely stay at the Jinmao Renaissance.

It's truly hard to find twin beds as large as 1.4m in this area of Beijing. Plus, the executive lounge offers a distant view of the Forbidden City and serves light meals. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and readily agreed to any requests they could fulfill. For things they couldn't do, they informed us honestly, which left a great impression.
