Wyndham Soleil Danang - Free Schedule Airport Shuttle

The shuttle bus was the most satisfying part; it was really convenient for airport transfers. Plus, the front desk adjusted the pickup time according to flight changes. Breakfast needs improvement; the fruit was fresh, but many items like the shrimp dumplings seemed to be pre-made.

I accidentally left my wallet in the lobby area. When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk, Huyền, Châu, and security guard Vũ were all incredibly helpful in assisting me to find it. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for your help! You all are amazing! My sincere thanks to everyone!

My husband and I travel frequently, and our first stay at a Wyndham hotel was in Hainan, China, followed by Suzhou. So, for our trip to Da Nang, we directly chose Wyndham. I figured since it was newly opened, it should be fine! However, the location isn't particularly convenient, and the cleaning was a bit sloppy – I felt like the floor hadn't been cleaned, maybe it's just my cleanliness obsession. The room was a bit small, but I liked that the fridge was big. Breakfast was abundant, but at 9:50 AM, they'd remind you that dining time was almost over. They offered airport pickup, but communication was difficult, though I did get the drop-off service in the end.

I chose to travel during the off-peak season to get the best rates and service, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the service quality. The hotel lobby didn't have air conditioning in the summer, which made it a bit warm. The room I booked actually had a bad odor, likely lingering cigarette smoke from the previous guest. I contacted the front desk to address the smell, but it didn't completely go away. Overall, I had a rather uncomfortable 3-night stay at the hotel. On the positive side, the hotel offers a fairly diverse and delicious breakfast with a daily changing menu, which made me very happy. The staff's service attitude was also excellent.

Traveling with my family, staying near My Khe Beach, the overall experience was perfect! The room was very clean, with no strange odors. The panoramic family room was spacious and well-lit, making my child very happy. The staff were attentive and responded quickly. The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was quiet. Transportation was convenient, making it a top choice for family trips. Highly recommended!

Great location, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. It's a bit of a shame that the 'sea view room' only offered a partial sea view. The complimentary airport shuttle service was hard to arrange, so in the end, we just booked our own taxis. The room cleanliness could also use some improvement.

This is a full sea view, three-bedroom, two-living room apartment. The downsides are that one of the three bathrooms is an en-suite with a bathtub that's only for soaking. Another bathroom next to the kitchen is tiny and seems like a maid's toilet. Only one normal bathroom has a shower, but toiletries have to be placed on the floor as there's no shelf in the shower stall. The mattresses are too soft, making it hard to sleep. One of the rooms is very small with only one nightstand and no space to put things, and there's no luggage rack in the room. The sofa in the living room is a bit dirty. The hallway is very hot and the elevator is stuffy. The positives are the L-shaped balcony offering full sea and city views! The scenery is beautiful both in the morning and at night! The hotel pool is large, and breakfast is abundant! There's also airport transfer service! The hotel is right across from the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby!
