Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Longgang Yonghu

Convenient location. The room is a bit small, but very clean and well-maintained. The front desk and other staff members were all very polite. The only downside is that there aren't enough EV charging stations; if you get back a bit late, there are no charging spots left.

Convenient transportation close to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere. The place is clean and tidy. The hotel features delivery robots, a gym, and laundry facilities—everything is fully equipped and super practical. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast offers a rich variety of tasty options, and the overall stay was exceptionally comfortable. Special thanks to the front desk staff: Summer, Bruce, Miya, and Mitt.

Warm and welcoming service: The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and very responsive. Cleanliness and facilities: The facilities are very new, the room is spotless, the shower has a wet-dry separation, and the bedding is soft. The self-service laundry room and gym are very practical for short trips. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked noodles, coffee, and fruit, and food is replenished quickly.

Overall, the hotel is great in every aspect. I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and facilities. However, the soundproofing needs improvement; it's easy to hear noises from the neighboring rooms and hallway at night, which might be a bit bothersome for light sleepers. Otherwise, it is definitely worth recommending.

Convenient transportation, just a hundred meters or so from Exit B of Yonghu Metro Station. The room is neat and spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Everyone, from the front desk staff who checked me in to the housekeeping lady who cleaned my room, was very polite. The facilities are well-equipped, and food delivery orders are even brought up by a robot, which is super convenient. I also really liked the taste of the breakfast, and there's a great variety of options. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the area.

We stayed here for one night while visiting our child who goes to school nearby. The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are relatively spacious. There is a dedicated business and study area, as well as a gym and laundry room. The breakfast was a standout—lots of options that clearly tasted freshly made rather than being cheap, low-quality pre-packaged meals. The service was exceptional, and they even upgraded our room type. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Parking is only available on the second basement level, which is equipped with charging stations. However, most spots are occupied by gasoline-powered cars, making it difficult to find a space. The rooms are largely non-smart, but they are very quiet.

If you don't feel like going out to eat at the hotel, you can order takeout, and there's a robot at the front desk that can deliver it to your room, which is quite convenient. The room's hygiene and environment are also very good, and the shower is separated from the toilet. The location is excellent, making transportation convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were very friendly, the lobby environment was comfortable, and the room facilities were complete. I felt very secure staying there.

The lobby has a well-lit lounge area with self-service coffee and drinks, and the room hygiene was exceptionally well-maintained. The overall environment is cozy, easy to find, and conveniently located with good transport links. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to requests, and the delivery robot for takeout was very convenient. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it!
