M·Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square )

The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, assisting with pushing the wheelchair and supporting the elderly guest. Her service attitude was fantastic and she was always responsive whenever we needed anything. The subway station is right outside the door, and there are lots of amazing local food spots nearby. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel M (Qianmen)—top marks for location, ambiance, and service! The hotel is in the heart of Qianmen, right next to the subway station and within easy walking distance of Tiananmen Square. Qianmen Pedestrian Street is just downstairs, packed with heritage brands and local eateries, making dining and shopping super convenient. Inside, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, with a sleek, minimalist, and upscale design; all public areas are kept spotless. The rooms are clean, bright, and well-equipped, featuring soft bedding and excellent soundproofing for a completely undisturbed night's sleep. As for the service, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient during check-in and check-out, even proactively offering sightseeing recommendations. They also helped with our luggage. Housekeeping was thorough and responsible, and any requests handled by the front desk were resolved quickly. Staying so close to the main attractions saved us a lot of time and effort, complemented by comfortable surroundings and heartwarming service. If you're visiting Beijing and want to stay in the city center, this hotel is definitely a great choice.

The hotel's location is great, with a subway entrance right across the street to the right, making travel very convenient. The room facilities are complete, and the service is also quite good.

I stayed for 4 consecutive nights, and the location is truly excellent. The subway entrance is just 5 meters across the street, right on Qianmen Street. It's a 10-15 minute walk to explore Dashilar, Xianyukou, and Tiananmen Square. However, we chose a street-facing room, and while it was okay at night, it was incredibly noisy in the mornings. If we hadn't been getting up early every day to go out and explore, sleeping in would have been impossible. Also, during the National Day holiday, this subway station at the entrance closes due to crowds, so you'd have to walk about 15 minutes to Zhushikou subway station. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

It's very close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum, which significantly cuts down on travel time. The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and all the fixtures were in good condition with stable hot water. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently, and any issues were resolved promptly. Downstairs, Qianmen Street is bustling with shops, including many eateries and creative cultural stores, offering great convenience for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The room's soundproofing was excellent; despite being in a busy area, it was still quiet at night. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend this hotel for friends traveling together.

Clean. Right at the entrance is Shimen Street, with many specialty snacks. It's also quite close to nearby attractions; you can walk to tourist spots like Tiananmen and the Temple of Heaven.
