We rented a villa for the New Year's holidays, from Dec 31st to Jan 2nd. The villa itself was superb, no complaints there. But the service was an absolute nightmare. It all started on the morning of Dec 31st when I received a message saying they couldn't check us in because the sewage system in the villa was broken. Ha-ha... just for context, the villa had been 100% paid for back on September 17th. Of course, at that time, Phu Quoc was experiencing overbooking, and they clearly just wanted to ditch us. They started offering us other villas that were far inferior and located elsewhere. After an hour of WhatsApp exchanges, somehow, miraculously, the villa was 'fixed'/'became available' again. Upon arrival, we encountered more problems – they told us there would be an extra charge for children! 500,000 VND per child (we have five of them). There was absolutely no mention of this in the booking, which stated '6 adults'. There are six of us... Next, they warned us that if the villa was dirty upon check-out, we'd have to pay 500,000 VND. The mini-bar was chargeable, with prices *3 times the normal rate. We booked an airport transfer for one of our families. Their flight was delayed, and they claimed they had to make two trips to pick them up. In total, they asked for 1 million VND for the transfer, even though the original agreement was 360,000 VND. One of the children vomited during the night and stained a duvet cover – that was another 150,000 VND. Well, okay, fine. The breakfast was terrible; they didn't even have basic omelets or eggs. And the coffee came pre-sugared. Overall, the place itself is great, though the location is a bit remote. But the service was extremely unpleasant, with a lot of issues right from the start.

I was overall very satisfied with my stay. The value for money is truly outstanding. The hotel is still very new (about a year old), and accordingly, it's modern and well-equipped with high-quality furnishings. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, and everything was in excellent condition. I'd especially like to highlight the service: the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and dedicated – you can tell they work with a lot of heart. There are two small points worth noting: Room cleaning isn't done automatically daily, but only upon request by hanging a sign on the door. I wasn't aware of this initially, but it wasn't a big problem in the end. Also, the hotel is located a bit further inland, surrounded by lots of greenery and forest. For me, this was more of an advantage as it's very quiet. With a scooter (highly recommended on the island), you're flexible. The scooters offered by the hotel are fairly priced, very new, and in top condition. The breakfast was delicious compared to other hotels, especially the Vietnamese section. A slightly larger Western selection (e.g., yogurt or oatmeal) would have been nice. Dinner prices are a bit higher, which is something to consider given the secluded location. Overall, a very pleasant stay – I would definitely come back anytime.

Pros: The hotel grounds are excellent and well-maintained. Free swimming towels are available by the pool. There's a restaurant where you can eat, two pools, and a gym. The room was quite modern and spacious. Cons: It's far from everything, there's nothing around the hotel. Breakfast wasn't good.

The swimming pool is nice but the location is too remote with nothing surrounding, doesn't worth to spent time and money to travel for the pool. The breakfast with less variety of food. In a conclusion, doesn't worth as i paid US$100 for the night.

Village is so nice. But location is far from everything. But village services good. They have a private car. Food is good and fresh.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great for the price! The pool is clean and not crowded, but there are three downsides: in four days, they didn't clean it once (maybe once) and didn't even put the water back on. Second, we ordered dinner for an extra fee and I think that's what caused the food poisoning... but the breakfasts are good))) And third, the location is very strange. It seems close to Vinpearl and the beach, but in the heat it's a noticeably long walk, especially considering there's a village around and not even a grocery store.

Extremely remote location with very inconvenient transportation. The room had a strange smell. Expensive price. Poor soundproofing. Unpalatable breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes. Warning! The sheets had stains and you'll need to pay full refund! A service fee is also required! It's not just about cleaning fees. The price is extremely high. Having stayed in so many hotels, I've never encountered anything so outrageous.

Vacation August 2025 A gorgeous hotel surrounded by greenery! While vacationing on the island, I wanted peace and quiet. We started looking for a hotel not on the coast. The search gave me this hotel - from the first photos I wanted to go there, but the small number of reviews and the low price for accommodation were confusing! We decided to book and were absolutely delighted. We went to the hotel by taxi, through several local villages, even the driver smiled and did not understand where we were going! Just colorful! But! When we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of this place! The hotel is new! Fresh! A large number of flowers, plants! Everything is so alive, well-groomed! A large pool with incredibly clean and transparent water and a decent depth for swimming for an adult! The pool is divided into 2 depth zones, there is also an area for children where you can swim! Let me clarify right away, there is nowhere to walk around the hotel, although we walked, which caused great visual interest among local residents and dogs. Our room overlooked the pool. Clean, bright room with an enlarged bathroom (not a standard small room)! The room has all the necessary bathroom accessories, as well as a tea set and a minibar (for an additional fee). At the entrance to each room, there is a swing and a table for relaxing. The choice at breakfast is not great, but you will definitely not go hungry. There is a cafe on the territory where you can order from the menu - prices are like in a mid-level cafe. There is also a vending machine on the territory where you can buy custard soups and essentials - at prices lower than in many stores. About 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a large store where you can find everything! The hotel offers mopeds for rent, of course, we took and visited nearby locations - a beach with starfish, a pepper farm, a river where we rode in round boats. There are also large villas with private pools on the hotel grounds, if you are traveling with a group of 6 people, the price is affordable. For sports lovers, there is a gym, it was closed, but it is there! The exercise machines are new. Next to the gym is another small swimming pool. Although there were other vacationers staying at the hotel, we had the complete feeling that we were alone! Such relaxation! In the evening we swam in the pool until 9 pm, everything around was illuminated, the night inhabitants (frogs, geckos, etc.) made different sounds! Cool! This hotel is for an excellent and budget-friendly time spent in silence and relaxation.

Our experience at this property got off to a rocky start. A guy who didn't speak a word of English greeted me at reception. It took him over 20 minutes to find our reservation, while he and a girl argued with some Indians who were complaining because their reservation hadn't been confirmed. I immediately thought, "We're off to a good start!" The next morning we went to the breakfast buffet, which was passable to say the least. I asked for milk and two fried eggs, since their breakfast buffet was truly meager, but no one understood anything! I had to use gestures to explain. Unacceptable, I'd say, in a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars and has an entire staff who doesn't speak a word of English. In the evening, we returned to the hotel and found the room still in need of remaking, so I asked, and they looked at me blankly. So, after a series of gestures, I finally gave in to the evidence: they hadn't understood anything. Around 8:00 PM, we were getting ready to leave, and there was a knock on my door, making me understand through the translator that they were going to remake the room. We stayed 4 days and only had our room cleaned once!!!! I don't understand how a property that was pleasant overall could be so poorly organized and managed. Another downside is the location. We already knew from Google that it was out of the way, but we didn't think much of it! Getting around with Grab was incredibly difficult because many people wouldn't accept a ride in such an out-of-the-way location. Finally, the night before our departure arrives, and at reception there's the only English-speaking staff member. We decide to book a transfer to take us to the airport the next day, and we pay for it. On the morning of our departure, at checkout, I ask about the transfer and they look at me shocked, then they tell me, "We don't have any cars available today." What? I already booked! They make me wait and finally, after a series of phone calls, they tell me they're on their way. In short, a total disorganization. I repeat, if the facility itself had been better managed, despite its distance from everything, it could still have been pleasant, but there are no amenities, no shuttle to the center, no activities, nothing at all. Just a gross incompetence and lack of professionalism that, in my opinion, should downgrade them to a 2-star rating.
