Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa

The hotel is located by the sea in the Central District, very close to the airport and a quick taxi ride upon landing. The high-floor balcony room was spacious and clean, with no mosquitoes or unpleasant odors. The king-size bed was comfortable, the pillows and duvet were clean, and amenities were adequate, including a coffee machine. Watching the sunset from the balcony was very romantic. Breakfast was good with nice coffee, and we could head straight to the pool for a swim right after. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The hotel is just a few walks away from the night market, and there are many massage parlors nearby at reasonable prices. The largest King Kong Market is also not far away. Near King Kong Market, there is the OCSEN Beach Bar where you can watch a fire dance show; it's affordable, entertaining, interactive, and has an amazing atmosphere—highly recommended. When returning to the hotel late at night, there are small convenience stores at the corner where you can buy instant noodles for a late-night snack. Being in the Central District, it's convenient to go to Sunset Town in the south or Grand World in the north. The hotel is quite new, the staff are friendly, and it offers great value for money.

Stayed here with friends. The hotel's buffet restaurant is right by the pool, so you can eat and swim at the same time. Right below the pool is the beach. The water quality is pretty decent. Definitely a recommended hotel!

We had a very comfortable stay this time, and my mother was extremely satisfied~~ Especially the hotel's breakfast and ambiance, which were simply unbeatable~~ The only minor flaw was that the power outlets were a bit old.

Breakfast was fine, and the location was good – only a 5-minute walk to the night market. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Check-out took a full 20 minutes; they checked everything so thoroughly, you'd think I was stealing something. On the morning of August 18, 2026, my fourth day there, it was raining heavily and the entire hotel experienced a power outage. Later that evening, around 9 PM local time, the power tripped twice more, plunging the whole hotel into darkness each time. Although power was restored within a minute for all three incidents, having it go out like that at night really gave me a fright. It would be terrifying if you're afraid of the dark, especially with the sound of the waves adding to it. Honestly, many shops on the street outside had power outages that day, but I never expected the hotel to be affected as well.

Without us mentioning it was a birthday, the hotel gave me a huge birthday surprise. Thank you to the hotel staff for your thoughtful service.
