Thanks to this hotel, I rediscovered the feeling of a true vacation. It's very close to the beach and the stay was incredibly comfortable. This was the most satisfying part of our Vietnam trip; the comfort here washed away all the fatigue we'd accumulated in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Everything was impeccable, except for the breakfast, which was just average!

Loved our stay at cassia. I kept my expectations low as I heard from friends that staying at phu quoc could be as not luxurious as Thailand but we were so happy with this hotel. The food was delicious - all ingredients are clean and fresh and everything taste so great! Overall the hotel is well run with attention to details, I don’t know why but they def deserve 5 stars We would happily come here again when we are in phu quoc next time

I was very satisfied! The breakfast quality was excellent, everything organic. The tap water in the room was drinkable, and all the toiletries were from their own organic brand. The hotel was almost fully booked when I arrived. I even met the owner who offered snacks and sparkling wine, and told me about the hotel's history. I loved the Nanyang style of the hotel, and I also tried a yoga class. They have a pool and a gym too!

I checked in on 30 June and stayed in the Modern Premium Room. I was first attracted to Cassia Cottage because I love beachfront resorts, and this property is located right by the sea. I chose the Modern Premium Room, which features a lovely open-air shower. The resort has a wonderful ambiance and beautiful surroundings that are incredibly relaxing. The amenities are well provided, and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome drink and fresh fruit platter upon arrival. All of the staff from the front desk and the food & beverage team to the housekeeping staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the breakfast, which had a slightly limited selection. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

The occupancy rate was low, so the experience was fantastic. The hotel is near the main street, within walking distance of King Kong Supermarket. There's also delicious Vietnamese bread nearby. Highly recommended! The room has two sinks, which is very convenient to use. There's also a faint cinnamon scent in the room, a delight for cinnamon lovers!
