I booked this place for a short stay because of a late-night flight departure, and it turned out to be better than I expected. The air conditioning was strong, and the water pressure was good. I especially liked that the toilet paper was thicker compared to other hotels, haha. The fridge was also very cold; the water even froze! (I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel for 3 days, and this place is way better.) The staff was friendly, and there's a very docile and cute cat, haha. There doesn't seem to be breakfast, and I'm not sure about a pool.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable for resting. The facilities were standard but everything was available. The hotel is not too far from the airport but far from famous tourist attractions.

We vacationed in Phu Quoc again, and once again, we stayed at this wonderful hotel. As always, we are extremely satisfied. Ricky, the owner, is always helpful, provides great advice, and organizes everything quickly and smoothly. You don't feel like a guest with him; it's more like visiting a friend. You can buy all sorts of tickets from him (VinWonders, SunWorld, and others), rent a motorbike, and do laundry. The room is cleaned daily and is always spotless. The staff is pleasant and polite. Everything is simple and down-to-earth. Every time we fly to Phu Quoc, we choose this particular hotel. We genuinely feel very comfortable here. We will definitely come back to Ricky at Flora Hotel next year ❤️

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay! My husband and I, along with friends, stayed from Jan 14th to Feb 15th, booking two rooms. After our reservation, the owner, Mr. Rick, contacted us – he's an absolutely wonderful person! He even offered a complimentary airport pick-up. We cooked meals in his kitchen for a nominal fee 🙏. He also has a dry cleaning service right in the hotel with the lowest prices around! You can also rent a scooter or a car through him. The hotel's location is perfect: 1 minute to a large supermarket, 2 minutes to the night market, 5 minutes to a swimming pool, and 15 minutes to the sea. As a travel agent myself, I will be recommending Mr. Rick's hotel to all of my clients!
