Without a doubt, I'd give this hotel the highest score. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and provided fantastic service. The breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, and it's very close to My Khe Beach.

A Western male staff member at the front desk who spoke great English was extremely helpful with waiting for a taxi and handling our luggage, leaving us with a wonderful final impression. The breakfast was superior to that of other 5-star hotels. It's a decent hotel if you're looking for good value for money. However, I sent an email to the hotel with some prior inquiries and received zero response. I specifically requested a room far from the elevator, but my request was blatantly ignored and we were assigned a room right in front of the elevator. Also, the room seemed to be a split connecting room, featuring a door that connected to the next room, so I was constantly worried it might open while the neighbors were moving around. The soundproofing is truly terrible.

Their warm service made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was fantastic! There was a great variety of delicious choices, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the rooftop pool, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Da Nang.

I give Sala Hotel a perfect score for my stay! First off, the staff was incredibly warm and friendly. When they saw we were Chinese at check-in, they even offered service in Mandarin. As soon as you sit down, they bring you tea, and when we checked out, they handed us two bottles of drinks as we left. Secondly, the hotel's location is excellent; it's very quiet and not noisy, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach.
