Sofitel Beijing Central （Accor）

My stay this time was absolutely wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to Leah at the front desk! I arrived in the evening to check in and wanted to change the floor of my reserved room. Leah patiently helped me check for available room types, and all my pre-noted requests were properly taken care of. The room was clean and spacious, high up and very quiet, with a great view. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The welcome amenities were thoughtfully prepared, and the in-room supplies were plentiful. The only minor downside was that the room facilities weren't great, but everything else was fine.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was an amazing experience! The suite layout was great, perfect for families with kids. It's also not far from the subway station, and even during peak hours, walking there is a good option. Special thanks to Linda for helping us with check-in and ensuring we received all our benefits!
