Hôtel de Soie

A perfect stay, highly recommended! I was really impressed with my stay this time! The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which was perfect for evening strolls. The area has a vibrant local atmosphere, with many charming coffee shops and various restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat right outside was never an issue. The room was very clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I especially have to praise the shower – the water pressure was strong and consistent, and the temperature was easy to adjust, which was incredibly refreshing after a day of activities. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming; any requests I had were met with a very positive attitude, which is a huge plus! There was even a handwritten welcome note upon check-in, which was a lovely touch 💕. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Good points: ・The room was spacious for the price. ・It was very clean, and the daily room cleaning was done meticulously. ・All the staff, both male and female, were kind and pleasant. ・Although the breakfast selection was small, the lineup changed slightly every day and it was delicious. Things that bothered me: ・The shower room was separated by a door, but the door didn't close tightly, so a lot of water leaked from under and around it (photo 7). ・The sink was set a bit far from the counter (photo 9), making it difficult to get close to the mirror, which was inconvenient. ・I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but it didn't work at all, which was disappointing. I ended up not using it once. (The bathtub itself was spacious and comfortable, though.) Overall, I was very satisfied that for such a low price, I could stay in a spacious, clean room with a bathtub and separate toilet, in such a good location. I wrote about various things that bothered me, but honestly, given the conditions, these issues were completely acceptable, so I highly recommend it, especially to those who prioritize the bathroom area. The sofa bed (photo 2) was probably large enough for someone under 160cm to stretch out their legs and sleep comfortably. The king bed (photo 1) was more than large enough for two adults, so much so that you couldn't feel the presence of the person sleeping next to you.

A 'brutal' (in a cool way) hotel with excellent staff. The room's style is quite unique. The only downside is a nearby establishment where someone plays a pipe at 5 AM, which woke us up even with earplugs. Breakfast was simple, but we weren't hungry. It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea, and there are cafes nearby.
