The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and Li Chunming on the 11th floor provided excellent service, leaving a great impression on me. The flower arrangements in the lobby are beautiful. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose to stay at the Kempinski Hotel again.

When in Beijing, staying at the Kempinski is a must! The hotel's hygiene is impeccable. Even though it's been around for many years, they regularly renovate, keeping the facilities updated. The front desk service was excellent; seeing we had a child, they upgraded our room, offering a beautiful night view overlooking the Liangma River. The hotel's toiletries are fantastic, especially the children's amenity kit. Breakfast is extensive. The hotel lobby connects directly to the Lufthansa Center, making shopping super convenient. Right outside, you'll find the embassy district with a variety of international cuisines, and it's close to the subway, making getting around incredibly easy. Thumbs up! 👍

I've been struggling with insomnia lately, and my sleep has been very light, but she helped me pick a room that was perfect for me – very quiet and with a great environment. I'm so grateful! 🙏 Everything else during my stay at **Yidu** was also incredibly well-arranged. I once again experienced the human touch of Kempinski; it's a hotel with a lot of warmth! And the rest of the front office staff were also very dedicated and responsible! Even though this hotel has been around for many years, it doesn't feel old or dated at all. The lobby was clean and bright, and the overall environment was nice. I asked the front desk staff, Melisa, for recommendations on places to visit nearby, and she was enthusiastic, polite, and very patient.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and overall, I was very satisfied. The room had great natural light, and the spacious desk was perfect for working. The internet was stable and fast. The cleanliness was excellent, and the toiletries were high-quality. The staff were friendly and polite, and they responded to requests promptly. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and parking is convenient. The area is quiet, not noisy, and the price is very reasonable. It's my top choice for business travel and definitely worth revisiting.

I really love the Kempinski Hotel! Even though it's not a new hotel, everything about it is solid and meets my expectations. Ms. Maggie at check-in was very polite and generous, which was commendable. The bread rolls at breakfast were just like the Brötchen I had in Germany – a thin, firm, and crispy crust with a soft interior, only missing the **crumbs** on top. Our family lives in Tianjin, and we'll definitely stay at the Kempinski again when we come back to Beijing.

Although the room wasn't huge, it was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The front desk and housekeeping services were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered good quality food.

The rooms feature a separate wet and dry area, a standalone bathtub with branded toiletries, and the executive lounge offers a well-stocked afternoon tea and drinks. The staff are prompt and attentive, and the hotel is quietly situated despite being in a bustling area, making it perfectly suited for a trip to Beijing.

As I'm generally uncomfortable with connecting rooms, I went back down to the front desk to request a change. The staff member was incredibly patient and understanding throughout, handling my request with remarkable efficiency. There was no attempt to pass the buck; instead, they immediately upgraded me to a Superior Business Room free of charge. The new room was spacious and quiet, significantly enhancing my comfort during the stay. This incident truly highlighted the hotel's flexible and warm service, and their problem-solving approach was genuinely reassuring. The hotel's facilities are elegant and grand, with public areas impeccably clean and well-maintained, and amenities are comprehensive. The breakfast buffet is a major highlight, offering an exceptionally wide variety of choices. From Chinese and Western dishes to made-to-order noodle stations, baked goods, fresh fruits, desserts, and drinks – everything was available. Ingredients were fresh, and items were replenished promptly. Every morning's breakfast was incredibly satisfying. Furthermore, the hotel's deli is also worth mentioning. Their baked goods, desserts, and light meals are all high-quality and wonderfully fragrant. It's perfect for grabbing a little treat when you have some downtime, with a rich selection and delicious flavors. Throughout my stay, whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or dining staff, everyone was courteous and provided meticulous service. Any issues that arose were actively and appropriately resolved. The overall service standard truly lives up to the Kempinski brand. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and short getaways. I will definitely choose Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha again on my next visit!
