Although you can tell the room is a bit dated, overall it's completely adequate, and the staff are very nice. The main hotel has a private beach, which makes it much more comfortable.

The facilities are clean and the service is great. I also want to praise the 24-hour buggy service. They assigned a local staff member named Hwang (Butler Hwang), who speaks fluent Korean, to assist us 24/7, which made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful time.

The location is superb, and above all, the staff's kindness and service are the best.^^ As for breakfast, the bread selection... except for the croissant, everything else was not good. If only the breakfast could be improved, it would be truly perfect.

We stayed at Framavilla. There were 5 of us, and we booked a 3-bedroom villa. The shower and toilet were great, and the room's pool and private beach were all wonderful. We checked in the day before.

I stayed at Furama Resort & Villas in Da Nang during my trip. Overall, what impressed me the most was the excellent resort service! The staff were friendly and responsive, so I was very satisfied with the service throughout my stay. Most importantly, I loved the resort's ambiance and the beautiful view. It's perfect for those who want to relax and spend some leisurely time swimming and unwinding within the resort without feeling the need to go out. I think it's an ideal place for anyone looking for a proper resort vacation and relaxation. Especially if you're going solely for relaxation with a light itinerary, I believe you'll be highly satisfied. However, there were definitely some downsides. Since the resort itself is a bit old, you can see signs of age and some outdated parts in the rooms and various facilities. If you're expecting a clean, modern feel like a newly built resort, you might be a little disappointed. During our stay, we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room late at night, which led to us having to switch rooms. This was personally a significant drawback for me. Nevertheless, the staff continuously responded to resolve the issue, and the overall service itself was satisfying. If the age of the facilities isn't a major concern for you, then I think it's a truly great place to relax comfortably in a beautiful setting with spacious areas and enjoy the resort itself. ✔️ Friendly and satisfactory service ✔️ Beautiful resort ambiance and view ✔️ Great for a relaxing stay without going out much ✔️ Good for family trips or a luxurious resort vacation ⚠️ Facilities are old, with some outdated parts here and there ⚠️ Not as clean and modern as a newly built resort The only minor drawback was the age of the facilities, but apart from that, it was an overall satisfying stay. This was my fifth trip to Da Nang, regardless of the dry or rainy season. I've always stayed in hotels in the city center or along My Khe Beach. This year, since I was traveling with my mother, I booked Furama Resort. In conclusion, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but I'm a bit hesitant about a return visit. Here's my review of our 3-night, 4-day stay at Furama Resort. - We were upgraded from a Lagoon Superior to an Ocean Studio Suite. - The room was so lovely that we spent some time taking pictures and enjoying it, but then we started to notice a smell (a damp smell from an old building). - As night fell, the high humidity and musty smell made it difficult to sleep. - Early the next morning, I requested a room change, and it was ready for us within two hours. - During this process, a staff member named 'DIEU' handled everything to resolve our issues (she was very apologetic and made sure to check on our room condition and travel plans until we went home ㅠㅠ). - After the change request, she kept us updated on all progress in Korean via KakaoTalk, which was very convenient (I also easily booked a dinner buffet through KakaoTalk later). - The new room was much more pleasant, and a dehumidifier was provided. **If you're visiting Furama during the rainy season, I highly recommend requesting a dehumidifier from the resort. It played a significant role for two nights!** - After that, we started to enjoy our stay without any further issues. - All other staff members were also very friendly. - Both the lagoon and main pools are good, but the main pool has no shade, so it felt like a heated pool during the day (my mother actually liked it). - Breakfast was so-so / The dinner buffet was not worth the price. Since the rooms generally don't get much sunlight, it can be humid during the rainy season. Aside from the room issue on the first day, everything else was great, which was a relief. Especially thanks to DIEU's quick response, we were able to have an enjoyable trip without any unpleasantness. This concludes my review of Furama Resort.

Had the best holiday ever! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Da Nang. It was only for one night, but it's the kind of hotel that makes you want to stay another day.

On the last day of my trip to Vietnam, I stayed at the Furama Resort. I had dinner at the hotel's steakhouse, where I also enjoyed a dance performance. In the morning, I got to see peacocks up close during breakfast. The pool was spacious, and the poolside beds were free of charge.

Even though the facilities seem a bit dated, the pool facilities are great compared to other resorts. The water quality isn't excellent, but it's still good enough for a swim. The location is also good, as you can easily walk to nearby restaurants. The night view is beautiful.
