Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very central location. Everything you need for a comfortable trip. Great value for money!

What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality at the front desk. Ariff, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He was polite, friendly, and very considerate, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is at a good location and has a convenient access to everything including shopping area, food court and MRT.

Fantastic stay and staff was friendly and very helpful. Also Great location as close to Lavender MRT with also food options below and convenience store corner.

Fair price with family room with 2 queen bed. Space is limited jst enough gor transit stay. Location is good surroundings with lot restaurants with walking distance. Free parking with qr code given upon request from reception. Check in staff handling with no smile feel unwelcome. Other staff look busy handling something.

We stayed at Hotel Boss for 3 days and 2 nights, traveling from Malaysia, and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient and it’s great that parking is available for guests, which made our trip much easier. However, there was some confusion regarding the use of the parking voucher. When exiting the car park, the system deducted charges from my Autopass card instead of recognizing the voucher. It took some time and effort to sort it out and request a refund. Aside from that issue, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities and overall environment met our expectations. With clearer guidance on the parking process, the experience would be even better.

Brilliant location, good for travelling with young ones as bus stop is right outside, pool is great. Breakfast was ok, caters for Muslim more then anything but kids love pancakes and I love coffee so was ok for us.  Views 10/10

The room they gave us this time had a great location. it offered views of the Ferris wheel and the rooftop garden.
