This hostel definitely lives up to its reputation in NYC! The location is fantastic, super close to the subway, and the atmosphere is great. I loved that the bathrooms even had hairdryers. Security is also top-notch; you need to swipe your card every time you enter.

This was my first solo trip and I stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room and shower were, as they were regularly cleaned, making my stay very comfortable. Just a heads up, the lockers don't have padlocks, so it's a good idea to bring your own if you're concerned. The location is also quite good, with a subway station nearby and easy access to various tourist spots by bus.

I think this is a good hostel especially the comedy show and kitchen. Majority of workers are speaking Spanish . I want to say Joseph is the best front desk person. The higher floor the better of sleeping . The lift sucks though….. And they don’t really treat elders and Asians as a great customers, they normally ignore them somehow from my own observation.

Location: Not far from Central Park, within walking distance. You can walk through Central Park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It's one block from the subway station, a 3-minute walk, very close. There's an Indian-owned supermarket across the street. If you turn right when you exit and walk for three or four minutes, you'll find a Chinese restaurant called The Tang. Interior: The interior is like a dorm with bunk beds. I booked a female dorm. There are dedicated showers and toilets on each floor, with individual shower stalls. The hot water and shower are both great. On the floor where the front desk is located, there's a food area that serves breakfast, with fruits, drinks, and coffee available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Next to it, there are several tables and chairs for eating, reading, or just relaxing. Down one floor, there's a very spacious common kitchen with plenty of public pots, pans, dishes, etc. There's also a public refrigerator, four or five stoves with ovens, and another four or five stoves without ovens, all available for cooking. There's also a dining area nearby. Please refer to the photos and videos, which are all of the kitchen. Overall, I think it's very worthwhile, especially for solo travelers. It's economical, convenient, and stress-free. At an average of 500 RMB per night, it must be very cheap for New York. I saw many young people/students staying here. I recommend this place for individuals who want to explore New York casually. For family trips with two or three people, a regular hotel might be more suitable when you do the math.

Good for the price. Though in my room I didn’t sleep that much because it was hot and the AC was extremely loud. All in all, it was clean. For a night or two recommendable. Lots of French school classes there. The area is said to be a little weird but quickly accessible via metro. My uploaded picture is from the area the hostel is located in.

The location is in uptown, a bit far from attractions like Times Square, but it's manageable since there's a subway. Each bed has a curtain, its own light, and an outlet, which is great. The facilities are extensive, including a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator.

Very well located bereeen Upper West Side and Harlem and close tò the tube, beds provide you with as privacy as a shared room can do. Vatious plagues available at the couch (mine were not working but they changed my bed on the spot). Reasonable priced lunch and dinner plates. The plus was the opportunity to have a shower on the leave coming along with the 5 dollari loker I hired after leaving the room.
