The room's cleanliness could be improved. Regarding the 200 RMB dining voucher: The Thai food was pretty good. Facilities: The hotel architecture is indeed beautiful, with a wonderland-like scenery. Service: As a hotel VIP, I had a dedicated car service for transfers. 200 RMB SPA voucher: Didn't get to try it, so I don't know how it is.

Bringing my parents and children to Sanya this time, choosing the Bird's Nest Resort was definitely the right decision. I only knew it was on a mountain before, but after arriving, I realized the hotel is even larger than the tropical forest park itself. The rooms are spread across several different ridges within the forest park, and shuttle buses are needed to get between each area. The mountain is rich in vegetation with beautiful scenery, offering panoramic views of Yalong Bay, distant vistas of Haitang Bay-Sanya Bay, and Wuzhizhou Island. The natural landscape and artificial gardening complement each other perfectly, with beauty at every turn. The hotel service is also very professional; every staff member is warm and attentive to guests. Manager Zhang even called every day specifically to ask about guests' experiences and made improvements promptly. The two restaurants within the hotel are both located in spots with fantastic views, many of them prime scenic tables. The food at the restaurants is delicious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied – it's the most distinctive hotel breakfast I've ever had. There are dedicated guides for exploring the park, which was a great experience. Most importantly, the hotel's density is very low, so you barely feel crowded; it's very relaxed and private, perfect for taking beautiful photos without anyone in the background.

Aside from the fact that it's an older hotel with somewhat dated facilities, everything else—the overall environment, the specific amenities, the cleanliness, the supplies provided, the car service, and the dining service—is excellent. It's a must-stay for tourists and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Facilities: Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are very well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Simply amazing. You're nestled in a forest with incredibly fresh air. You can watch the sunrise, and the views are expansive. At night, the stars and the sound of the wind blowing through the trees are so therapeutic. Breakfast environment was too late (assuming this means breakfast was served too late). Service: Sunny's service was impeccable and thoughtful. I even left my slippers behind, and she resolved it with lightning speed. I'll definitely come back again.

The Eagle's Nest, their top-selling room, is a must-try! We stayed in room 2001, and the view was incredible, right by the Heavenly Lake. You can even see the 'trial marriage' room (not a show flat) at 9999 from a distance. The room layout was exactly as pictured online. To sum up, the Swan Suite is the closest to the restaurant, so it's a quick walk to eat. The Cloud Roc suites are at the highest elevation, but they're guest rooms, so they're not as popular. Other room types are spread across different peaks. The hotel is 3km from Yalong Bay Night Market and Baihua Night Market. The Liupan Night Market at the foot of the mountain is also quite affordable. A big thank you to Manager Sun for specially arranging a fruit platter for us!

I've stayed at Bird's Nest many times. This visit included more kid-friendly activities, like the petting zoo and heated pool, which the little ones absolutely loved. The hotel's scenery and service were, as always, excellent. We even got some great travel photos that became the grandparents' annual picture. It was a trip that delighted both adults and children.
