Hoa Binh Phu Quoc Resort

The hotel is in the city center, very close to the night market. The service was decent, and the hygiene was good.

A place with a beautiful garden! Having just come from a 5-star hotel, the facilities here felt a bit lacking in comparison, but considering its location right by Long Beach, it's great value for money. The garden staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped with our luggage, and their dedication to garden maintenance was impressive. The morning birdsong was lovely, and the breeze blowing through the corridors created a cool and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was busy, mostly Western or Russian style. Oh, and the water isn't free. They check at checkout, haha. It wasn't too expensive though, so feel free to drink it. We initially thought it was paid and planned to buy some in town, but there were no nearby supermarkets, so we just bought it from the hotel, and it was quite affordable. The front desk staff seemed to be handling many guests by themselves. Despite being busy, they were very kind. It's within walking distance to the night market and Dinh Cau Temple, and there are good cafes nearby. If you go without high expectations, the facilities are decent. Haha.

The bungalow was great, but the regular double room didn't quite live up to expectations compared to the bungalow. I'd recommend spending an extra 10,000-20,000 KRW for the bungalow. Breakfast was delicious though.

Not far from the city center market, the location is quiet yet convenient. Breakfast was okay, and it offers great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again. Vinbus 17 and 18 stop right in front of the hotel, providing a direct and more convenient route to the airport than calling a Grab.

This hotel has so much potential but doesn't seem to utilize it. None of the mini-bars are working, neither in the lobby nor by the pool. There are very few sunbeds and umbrellas, despite having plenty of space around the pool area. The public restrooms are absolutely disgusting – foul-smelling and dirty. The outdoor tables have overflowing ashtrays, yet the staff just sit around chatting. Breakfast, by the way, ends at 9:00 AM, which isn't convenient for everyone, especially considering you're on vacation and staying in a central location. My room smelled heavily of smoke, had no mini-bar, and there was barely any shampoo or shower gel. This place definitely doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. On the positive side, the grounds are well-maintained, and the bedding is clean – but other than that, I wouldn't recommend it!
