Avs Hotel Phu Quoc

My mother was unfortunately injured during the trip, and the hotel staff proactively checked on her condition every day. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully arranged a private car to take us to the airport. This genuine care and support brought immense comfort to our whole family, and we are deeply grateful! Areas for improvement: - It is recommended that the front desk keep emergency personal care items, such as sanitary pads, readily available. - The staff member who helped call a cab at the time of the incident was not aware that local hospitals do not accept foreign travelers. If frontline employees could be trained to directly guide guests to international hospitals, the emergency response would be much better.

The hotel is newly renovated and the breakfast is delicious! The rooftop pool also offers great views. The staff are very friendly and it's very close to Phu Quoc Night Market. It's a great hotel, nice!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The environment is top-notch, and the front desk staff are very attentive, even helping with luggage and providing detailed check-in instructions. Perhaps because it was the off-season, we received a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, which even had a sea view (originally booked a double city view room). There's a swimming pool and a billiard table on the rooftop, and the beach is just about a hundred meters away. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also large and convenient.

When we checked in, Mr. Joy at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. He was very attentive and responsible, explaining the check-in procedures and how to use the room's facilities. He also provided us with travel tips and assistance, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is also excellent, with very convenient transportation, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. We will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time!

The room was fairly clean, and the breakfast buffet was very plentiful. The rooftop pool was nice. I stayed for two nights, and for some reason, there was always a strange smell in the hallway outside the room. Every time I opened the door and stepped out, I'd notice that odor.

I was quite satisfied with this hotel booking, especially with its vintage European style, which I really like. The room we stayed in was quite spacious; we booked a family room with one 1.8m bed and one 1.2m bed, and I also booked a twin room. If you exit the hotel and turn left, after walking about 100-200 meters, you'll reach the main road. Along both sides of the road, there are many restaurants, making it convenient for dining, and there's also a currency exchange booth. If you exit the hotel and turn right, about 100 meters away is Sunset Beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel breakfast was excellent, honestly the best out of all four hotels I booked on this trip, although it does end at 10 AM. The only regret during this stay was that their rooftop outdoor pool was undergoing maintenance during our two-night stay, so unfortunately, we couldn't use it!
