Special thanks and appreciation to the guys in the lobby, Mike, Alex, and Simon for making the experience even more memorable with their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
They were always willing to answer questions, help order taxis and Didi rides, assist with interpretation, find the correct addresses for locations, and even help with ordering food. Their support truly made navigating Guangzhou so much easier and stress-free.
The rooms were immaculate, lots of space for our luggage’s. Beautifully designed room!
House keeping was always available to clean the rooms, restock the towels and every necessary supplies.
The hotel lobby was elegant and welcoming, and the breakfast selection each morning was outstanding with so many fresh options. The restaurant on the 40th floor was absolutely incredible!
The views, atmosphere, and food were all top tier.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and truly made my trip to Guangzhou unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10
