The service is meticulous and thoughtful, making you feel warm and comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The hotel has a good environment, convenient location, and high value for money. Highly recommended.

This was a really bad experience, arguably the worst Westin I've ever stayed at. The only upside is its proximity to the train station; otherwise, there's almost nothing commendable. For a 5-star hotel, the room facilities are incredibly outdated, and the indoor lighting is dim. Housekeeping was subpar, with a fake eyelash found on the bathrobe 😒. The detailed cleanliness was far from satisfactory. Overall, the stay felt even worse than a decent business express hotel. Old-brand 5-star hotels shouldn't just rely on their reputation; if the hardware and hygiene aren't updated and improved promptly, they might as well exit the market. I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel.

Stayed at the Hainan Westin for a business trip. Nanci at the front desk was professional and efficient, communication was smooth, and she handled the multi-room check-in details perfectly. Highly recommend! The restaurant on the 40th floor is also very good.

The service was great, and the hotel isn't far from the metro station. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. We just didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all the hotel had to offer. The environment was particularly nice, and everything was clean. Definitely worth recommending.

An old-school five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service is still excellent. Parking is very convenient and they have fast charging. The breakfast spread is quite good too. It's even more affordable if you catch it during a promotion.
