Novotel Danang Premier HAN River

They upgraded us for free to a Dragon Bridge view room! The breakfast had a great variety of international dishes and was delicious.

The 29th-floor view from the premium lounge at Novotel Danang Premier HAN River is absolutely amazing. We even got to see the dragon breathing fire performance at 9 PM! It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very satisfied overall, but I think there's still room for improvement. 1. The shower temperature in the bathroom was a bit difficult to adjust. 2. My biggest complaint was the balcony door; it was so stiff that I couldn't open it each time. On the other hand, I found the pool, breakfast, washing machine, and the cleanliness of the sheets and duvet covers to be excellent. I hope the hotel considers our feedback and makes these improvements.

They said they were sorry I couldn't check in early and offered a late check-out instead, but in the end, neither happened lol.

The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center, offering breathtaking views of the Han River. Watching the city and the Dragon Bridge light up at night was absolutely magical and romantic. Room: The room was spacious, spotless, and well-soundproofed with a super comfortable bed, making for a truly relaxing stay. Service & Amenities: The staff were friendly, professional, and handled check-in and check-out very quickly. The amenities, especially the pool and bar, were fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips to Da Nang!

The location, breakfast, view, and service were all excellent! There were some issues, such as renovation work with a jackhammer starting at 8 AM in the neighboring room, difficulties with currency exchange at the front desk, and confusion with check-in resulting in being given a lower category room. All problems were resolved quickly and efficiently.
