We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and overall, it was a decent choice for a short visit to Da Nang. We did have a few issues right at check-in: the cleanliness was a bit questionable (we found some hair on the floor and bed, plus a forgotten tea bottle in the fridge), and our room door wouldn't close properly. However, the staff was absolutely incredible. As soon as we mentioned the door, they came to help immediately, quickly fixed the issue, and were extremely polite and responsive throughout our whole stay. Their amazing attitude really made up for the initial hiccups. The location is quite far from the beach, so it is not ideal if you want a classic seaside vacation, but it is perfectly fine if you are only in the city for a few days and want to experience a less touristy area. We booked a basic option, so perhaps the more expensive rooms are maintained better. Overall, a solid short stay mainly thanks to the wonderful and helpful team!
