The room was clean, fully equipped with amenities, and there is a rooftop swimming pool with sea views. Everything was simply great.

The facilities, location, and cleanliness were all perfect, but I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast menu lacked variety. Since I was busy sightseeing and short on time, I wanted to take my breakfast to go, but unfortunately, they didn't offer that service. At other places, they are usually happy to prepare it upon request, but when I asked if I could take it with me, the staff coldly and bluntly told me they didn't offer it, which made me feel quite awkward... Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The location is excellent, right across from My Khe Beach, with a convenience store and a spa downstairs. There's a pool bar on the 36th floor, which is very chill. The air conditioning is sufficient, but it's a bit of a shame there's no table and chairs on the balcony. However, the sea view is superb, and you can even watch the sunrise. Breakfast also offers a lot of choices and is quite tasty.

Excellent value for money! Even during the National Day holiday, the price was very reasonable. The scenery is incredibly beautiful, and you can even watch the sunrise from your room. Highly, highly recommend! The front desk staff also speak a little Chinese.

This hotel excels in its dining and bar offerings. The breakfast restaurant has a wide variety of choices, and the baguettes are delicious. The rooftop bar is great value for money, with reasonably priced drinks, and the evening pool view is unbeatable. The gym is also very professional, and the hotel service is excellent. Overall, I'm satisfied with every aspect! I'll definitely come back again!

This Four Points by Sheraton is in a great location, very close to My Khe Beach, and convenient for getting around. The breakfast is just okay; there are quite a few Korean guests. Compared to a hotel a friend stayed at simultaneously, it doesn't offer much local flavor or variety, but the quality is consistently good, meeting Four Points' usual positioning and standard. The front desk service was a highlight. They proactively helped with luggage storage and retrieval, and also assisted with bags when getting in and out of cars – their attitude was excellent. However, it's not perfect; when I called to inquire about something, they said they needed to double-check and then I never heard back. There's room for improvement there. Overall, it's a solid brand-level experience – no big surprises, but no significant flaws either. If you like being by the beach and value brand consistency, you can choose to stay here. Finally: Make sure to check the floor your room is on and confirm with the hotel in advance, as the lower floors are really, really noisy!
