TUI BLUE Han River

I rarely write reviews, but this stay was truly unforgettable! I feel compelled to share: From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I had an excellent impression. The staff's attentiveness and smiles immediately made me feel like I had made the right hotel choice. An employee was already at the entrance to guide us to check-in, and every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel was incredibly proactive in greeting us with a bright smile. Upon entering the room, not only were the floor, bed, and bathroom—which are standard concerns for guests—spotlessly clean, but every single corner was also immaculate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and featured a smart TV with fast Wi-Fi. As for breakfast, the variety was sufficient, and the ingredients were fresh. The infinity pool was beautiful. If I ever visit Da Nang again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The best accommodation I've stayed at in Da Nang! It's newly built so everything is spotless, and the location and views were both great. Since we only stayed for a half-day (0.5-pack/transit stay), it's such a pity we didn't get to try the breakfast. The pool view is gorgeous, and the pool is quite deep, making it really fun to swim in. Above all, I highly recommend the spa/massage. The prices aren't steep at all, and the experience was super satisfying. I liked it so much that I've already recommended it to my friends. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Da Nang!

It was a satisfying trip. The staff were friendly, and it's close to Han Market, making it very convenient and comfortable to stay. I will definitely use this hotel again next time.

The hotel only opened this year, so all facilities are brand new and spotless. The location is super convenient, and you can see the Dragon Bridge from the hotel balcony. The rooftop pool is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, with plenty of sun loungers around, so you can always find a quiet spot to relax. Highly recommend!

The pool water is really dirty ㅠ It seems like they haven't changed it once. I wanted to swim but couldn't bring myself to get in.

The room is generally okay. The swimming pool looks great in pictures, but I wouldn't recommend actually swimming in it as there was debris in the water and a strange smell. The staff are not particularly friendly. The lobby is on the 22nd floor, and you have to transfer elevators twice to reach your room. There are no convenience stores nearby. Problem-solving is just mediocre, which is pretty typical for local accommodations.
