多方對比三亞的酒店，最後綜合考慮選擇了瑰麗～因為帶着6歲的孩子，提前聯繫酒店找了管家！入住後感覺自己真的選對了！！管家👑👑服務非常貼心！有些我沒想到的細節都幫我想到了！！
房間整體很舒適，恆温泳池滿足了孩子想游泳又怕水涼的需求！還有漂浮下午茶，隨便拍拍都出片！
然後瑰麗的廚房團隊真的要好好誇誇，13東廚每天早上的餐品都不同（單點的小菜單也每天輪換）這次呆了三天吃了三次客房送餐！味道每次都讓我覺得驚喜！一樓的漁家也很不錯，特別是他們的霸王醬烤生蠔！一定要試試！
沙灘吧也很不錯哦！人不多，找個位子坐着吹海風喝雞尾酒然後讓孩子挖沙，簡直舒服到飛起！
總之，這次旅行真的很很很滿意！如果有機會再到三亞一定還會選擇瑰麗！

管家很細心，早餐很好吃 。美中不足沙灘吧的服務人員有點過於離譜😇作為住店客人，且已經在沙灘吧點單消費了，仍然被不停的提醒不可以自帶飲品（帶的是酒店的香檳和兩杯奶茶），我説下次有類似的要求可以用提示牌的形式，一直來不停的説體感很不好。服務人員回懟“這是常識”希望貴酒店給出一個合理的解釋😇這是哪條法律法規規定的“常識”

酒店服務非常好，一開始我定的雙床房，酒店弄錯了給了大床房，經理道歉後主動給加了床，並且補償了一些中西餐廳的餐飲額度可以免費使用，酒店環境無論是房間佈局還是13樓和1樓的泳池都無可挑剔，送了一次泡泡浴，早餐可以説是品類齊全，酒店晚7點有火把舞表演，女管家非常負責任有耐心，退房後遺落了一件衣服在酒店，管家發現後，主動説把物品寄回給我，酒店無論是在環境還是服務都可以説是一線中的頂級，值得大家體驗

我來三亞帶太太度假選的這個酒店是看網絡上的帖子，三亞最貴的酒店是哪幾家，所以每天換一個最貴的酒店去體驗，沒想到踩雷了。太太很不開心，因為碰到了她最討厭的蟲子🤑😩😤。
酒店管家我也很反感，剛開始一直要好評，發的內容也很機械，沒有温度，關鍵是對我反饋的內容也沒有什麼改進的措施，反倒是説要送我一套洗護套裝，還有讓我下次來再住給優惠。媽呀，我來住這麼貴的酒店就是圖你一個洗護套裝，我是來放鬆，享受，帶太太來開心的。這樣的酒店怎麼還可能會再來住。
我也不要你賠償，也不要你什麼禮品，我衹是想勸看到的朋友別來，能勸一個是一個，網絡上的都是公關貼和廣告貼。這個確實是三亞最貴，但是最不值。我老婆説是500-600的標準，不能再高了。
公區花園很小，去海灘的路是和外面遊客公用的，沒有私密性，酒店老舊，樓層不高級，配飾詭異。本來這些不想吐槽，但是看到這麼多差評，吐槽臟和衞生差，有蟲子的，覺得還是要説一下。

客房外面朝大海的陽台是亮點，坐看吳支島與大海的感覺很入心，尤其是清晨日出時分。
客房的動線有點奇怪，尤其是雙門的衞生間很難接受。
整個酒店的員工管理和培訓很不錯！熱情專業，無論是前台、客房管家、餐廳服務，都讓人感覺很好。
早餐的品種搭配很出彩，可選擇性強。讓人意外的是竟然會有帝王蟹包餛燉。水果種類很多，起司的口味、早餐肉也很不錯。
