Just checked out and I have to give this place a glowing review! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk downstairs to the Sanya Duty-Free City, and the Sanya Romance Park scenic area is also incredibly close. My room was very clean, and the high-floor view was unbeatable. You can even snap amazing panoramic photos of Sanya's city skyline right from the restaurant – perfect for Instagram! The staff were warm and attentive, and having a washing machine and kitchen facilities was incredibly convenient for a family trip. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

When I forgot my ID at the duty-free shop, the young man patiently helped me find it in my room and even took photos and videos for me. Because we were going to take photos at the beach on the day of departure and didn't have enough time, I initially wanted to pay to extend my stay, but the front desk offered a free 2-hour late check-out – I was so touched! 🥹 In the end, even though we arrived more than 10 minutes late, they weren't impatient and remained very welcoming.
