Xana Hotelle (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Subway Station)

I booked a windowless room online, but when I arrived, staff member Xiao L upgraded me. They pieced together various coupons, and I only had to pay an extra 100 yuan for two nights on top of the original room rate to get a room with a window. I slept in a bit the first day and didn't notice, but on the second day, I actually saw the sunrise 🌅, it was beautiful!

After the Mid-Autumn Festival and before the National Day holiday, I took my elderly parents to Beijing for a few days. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of Qianmen Street pedestrian area. It's very close to both Zhushikou A and Qianmen Station I exits, making getting around super convenient. Just a 10-meter walk to the right from the entrance leads you to Dashilar. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our original booking was for a windowless room, but upon arrival, we paid extra to upgrade to a Deluxe King Room with a window. For its prime location, this hotel offers great value for money. The room itself was very good – clean and quiet. The hotel also prioritizes safety; the security guard downstairs was polite, diligent, and responsible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

Hotels in the Qianmen area generally have small rooms, but this one is decent. What I liked best is its proximity to the subway station – there's one at both ends of the street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing!
