Xana Hotelle Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Pedestrian Street)

The location is fantastic! To the north, you have Qianmen Street subway station, and to the south, Zhushikou subway station. The hotel is perfectly situated in between, making it convenient to get anywhere. We tried all the delicious food at Qianmen and Dashilar. I loved Quanjude Roast Duck, Li Ji Braised Pork with Flatbread, Donglaishun Quick-fried Tripe, and Zigongyuan's Milk Skin Yogurt. As for Yin San Douzhi (fermented bean milk)... let's just say one sip and I chickened out immediately. The front desk staff, especially Xiao M, provided excellent service. She helped us arrange a double room with a window. I was initially worried about noise affecting my sleep, but it wasn't an issue at all; it was actually very quiet. If I ever come back to Beijing, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Booked for one night at the last minute and got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! We had a 1.8m king-sized bed and a 1.5m sofa bed. The location is perfect, right in Qianmen Dashilar, so attractions are just outside and there's endless exploring to do. I expected it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet at night – I even slept in until 10 AM the next day! 😄 You need facial recognition to use the elevator, which made us feel very secure. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. They called ahead to give us directions and even came out to meet us due to the traffic control in the scenic area, which we really appreciated! They also sent thoughtful 'check-in and sightseeing tips' that were super clear and easy to understand. Plus, they allowed us a late checkout until 2 PM, which made our sightseeing much more relaxed! Overall, highly recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located near Qianmen Street and Dashilar, making it great for shopping. Plus, there's a subway station nearby, which makes getting around super easy. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but that's understandable given its prime location in the heart of the city where space is at a premium.

The hygiene, service, location, and soundproofing were all good, especially the prime location right on Qianmen Street. Dashilar is just a few minutes' walk away, making it close to many attractions. Although it's on the third floor, it wasn't noisy, except for one morning when two people were arguing on the street below, which was a bit loud. Normally, it's quiet. The one thing that absolutely needs improvement, as I've mentioned, is the lack of hooks or shelves in the shower to hang or place clothes. There's nowhere for the clothes you're taking off, the clothes you're going to wear, or even your bath towel. The designers really need to consider this more carefully. Otherwise, you'll end up like me, putting a travel bag outside the shower and preparing all your clothes there. This truly needs to be fixed. Also, after showering, water leaks out of the shower stall. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Stayed here for four days with my parents and we all slept wonderfully. The room was very clean, and the facilities felt quite new. It was quiet at night, and the view from the window was lovely – my mom really enjoyed it! The hotel is conveniently located on Qianmen Street, making transportation a breeze. What really stood out was the service; the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, and everyone we encountered was very polite!

The hotel's location on Qianmen Pedestrian Street is perfect. It's very quiet at night, and super convenient for both the subway and buses. Tiananmen Square is also within walking distance. We were able to check in early, and the staff member, Xiao X, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room and patiently showed us around. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back with my parents next time!
