The staff was not helpful when we asked to checkin early nd then gave us room 2 hours later with extra charge , then no one helped with our bags in morning, the was good for 3 people with enough space

I booked this because of reading someone else's review about an early check in. Even though I sent a message prior to arriving. It wasn't possible. The second was breakfast. I was hoping to get spring rolls. It was lacking alot just basic with cheap condiments(butter,ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and more) if you see in the picture there was an option but not all was available. I was expecting more to be honest. I did the 1st morning got a beef pho.The staff was very nice and helpful. The room is clean. I had a balcony in the front of the street, this would not be recommended if you are a light sleeper as there is plenty activity taking place outside until late hours. I did the laundry service 30 a kg. Opposite is the hotel is cheaper. There is a place for you to wash your feet if you've been to the beach, before coming into the hotel. Everything is within walking distance from beach, massage,food and entertainment. I went to 'Non boutique spa' which was charging only 200vnd per hour for either foot or body massage for 60 minutes. That's one of the best deals and within walking distance. For money exchange I found a shop that was a great rate for British ££ (34100)as the others was less than the airport charges. There are alot of rules to read but it contradicting other places where they need to change it. Bus to the airport is a number 6. It's a 16 minutes walk along the beach. There are other numbers like 13 and 11 but the walking distances are up to 21 minutes. I just wanted simple.

The breakfast is taste good. Near to the beach walking distance only. But the room is a bit dirty and its very noisy. The rest its very convenient outside.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room was decent. However, there was no staff available to help with our luggage, and the stairs leading up to the hotel were quite steep.

This was a nice hotel overall, it was clean and looked like the images. The location was quite good too with the beach a 3/4 minute walk away! It is also close to many restaurants and bars! Loud from the balcony but a decent view of the busy street below. Would definitely return here again!

A good hotel — it’s clear the renovation was done not too long ago. Everything is clean and comfortable, and there’s an incredibly cute puppy living by the entrance

We have stayed in many hotels in Vietnam over the last six weeks and enjoyed many hotel breakfasts. This one was disgusting and that is not an exaggeration. On a positive side the location is very good but I won’t be returning.
