Avatar Danang Hotel

Kim chi, Amber and Hoang sounds friendly. They understand basic english which made my stay amazing. Customer Service is superb and amazing. Thank you! I’ll go back there in Da Nang and book here again. We had daily buffet breakfast and everything in the restaurant is organized and foods are delicious especially the coffee. :)

We booked three separate rooms at Avatar Danang for myself, my husband, and my in-laws, and we were very pleased with our entire stay. The rooms, services, and staff were all excellent, and we had a really wonderful time at the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which my in-laws really enjoyed. My husband also loved the gym and definitely made the most of it during our stay!. As the person who organized our entire trip, what I personally appreciated most about Avatar Danang was how clean, quiet, peaceful, and spacious the hotel was. The room I booked was comfortable and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. Housekeeping was done every day, with fresh towels and toiletries provided regularly. Overall, I would heartily rate Avatar Danang as an excellent hotel. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and truly satisfying. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Da Nang.

Staff are very attentive to guests especially Mr. Eros (the captain), Ms. Dao (breakfast buffet), Mr. Hoang (the lobby bellboy), Ms. Lan, Ms. Chi and Ms. Naomi (receptionists). Food from the breakfast buffet and the restaurant is great! The room is spacious and tidy and we had a nice sea view. Kudos to all the staff, we had a great stay because of them!

The shower is just the bathtub. That’s the only thing that I didn’t like about our stay. Otherwise, it is a large room with good views of the sea, the buffet also has variety. Staff is also helpful. Short walking distance to the beach too.

The only downside like most places Ive been to Da Nang is the weak air conditioning, specially during the summer. The room is decent, has everything you need. It’s a bit old and some lampshades are not working well. The breakfast buffet has a lot of food to choose from and it varies day after day. The staff are friendly and very attentive.
