We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days.
