Ramada Resort by Wyndham Lara

Excellent hotel with great food available 24/7 (few hours excluded). Conveniently close to the beach, but slightly distant from the old city.

It’s nice hotel with good service, you always can eat good foods.

Following yesterday’s review about a bad start to my vacation with Ramada Resort. I would line to thank the night manager, Engin Mayali for acknowledging my concerns and ensuring that are deal with appropriately by the morning team. I would also like to thank the lady who was at the reception desk this morning from around 10am for her excellent customer service skills. Not only did she move me and my mother to a well suited room but she also ensured that the move/transfer was done in a smooth manner. The lady arranged for someone to assist us with our luggage at an agreed time and also ensured that the room was in a nice and presentable manner before moving us in. I say all this to say, “Thank you Ramada Resort for dealing with an unhappy customer in such a professional and prompt manner, your customer care is second to none. I hope to enjoy the rest of my stay with you.

The holiday was amazing A can't even said anything bad about hotel or stuff because everybody was so nice ,friendly and helpful!!! The room was cleaned every morning ,the towel was changed every morning as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful the biggest thanks for night manager ENGIN you are apsoliut amazing!!!! The food was delicious and every night something news and it's really nice. The bartenders doing the most delicious cocktail and working very fast!!! The animator team was great very friendly, helpful and funny!!! The holiday was amazing we was enjoyed every single moment!!!! This hotel exceeded our expectations and more! Fantastic service from hard working staff. We built a great relationship with Farkun , Sergan and Onur in the beach restaurant. Absolutely brilliant with our children, always keeping them entertained and looking after us. Bushra and Sinem really went above snd beyond with our 5 year old daughter in kids club. Rifat in the lobby bar makes the best children’s chocolate milkshakes. Ramazan looked after us at lunch time also and kept our area spotless. Or hun veli served us in the Italian and was so professional and friendly. What stood out to us the most was the friendliness of everyone, children are most welcome and the cleanliness is the cleanest hotel we have ever been too. The staff do not stop. Loved the beach pool and beach area. Great for families. We had a superior room for four of us and it was spacious, clean and perfect. Great choice of al le carte restaurants. We got to experience two of them, the Italian and the Turkish and both were outstanding! The all inclusive food was also amazing and the chefs really work hard in preparing such a lovely display everyday. Patisserie was an added bonus and the perfect afternoon treat! Very impressed with the ice creams and that they were ‘walls’. Big bottle of waters available and small waters readily available in fridges throughout. You can use the hotel opposite too. Evening entertainment was also amazing. The effort that goes into the shows it spectacular and the kids disco every night was an added bonus. Only one problem was the shop within the hotel, these are outsiders renting within and really let it down. Extremely rude gentleman who was the most unfriendly person towards my children we have met. A real shame. We spoke with guest relations regarding this and they were fantastic however I’m not convinced he took his warning serious as he made us feel quite uncomfortable every time we saw him. This being said we found some great shops just outside the hotel to the left.A massive shopping centre and some great shop keepers. Most items priced reasonably so no need to haggle. Can’t wait to return to this hotel.

Just back from ramada, couldn't fault hotel and staff. Going to wyndham garden next week for 2 weeks. We'll see the difference. Hopefully just as good. Beach area is fabulous. Shuttle bus exceptionally reliable. Although you can walk in 10 minutes. Being disabled bus was a necessity.

honest review just home from 9 days staying in Ramada resort Lara beach the hotel is beautiful and clean from the reception staff guest relations to every other member of staff working at the hotel were amazing could not fault this hotel rooms great and food lovely always something there to eat all animation team are great with every one so any one thinking about going to lara beach this is the hotel i highly recommend met some great people while there so thanks to all you amazing staff that work so hard see yous again in June stayed in room 1305 which was great xx

Hotel is excellent, service is excellent, kids club is exvellent, particularly a girl named Asli who was great with the kids. Food is amazing too for breakfast, luncj, dinner, plus they have italia, mexican, asian exvlusive restaurants for all tastes. Recommended to anyone!
