We were this hotel last year but until now i have stomach problems because foods was awful. Just first day they cooked fresh foods after that for one week they warmed all of them everyday. We poised all the 5 days. They didn’t clean room because i put my hair in the floor of the bath and at the evening i saw them there too. Towel had hygiene problem too because after trip i had skin problem.

Staff are very poor customer service need to teach customers level talking v rude over all rooms nice but it’s v difficult to communicate to staff no one speaks English

It was a huge disappointment! Almost no English speaking staff! No presence of management! I asked about the star classification of the hotel! Only lies! I have to admit that I liked very much the Spa Center! Food is like a canteen food! No quality food or drinks! Stay away from Armas Lara Hotel. Manager Eyup Oztunc is a real manager! He did all the best to make clients happy! He have a friendly approach and his English is very good! If you stay at Armas Lara Hotel, do not miss Spa! Ask for Rosa if you want a perfect massage!

Don’t know how anyone can give this place a bad review - for what you pay it’s amazing. Great helpful staff, plenty and varied fresh food & drink. Lots of couples & families. I travelled alone and the hotel was perfect for me. Please take no notice of the bad reviews book & have a lovely time :)

Loved it! Came here with my friends this summer. Service was good, rooms were immaculate. Turkey is a beautiful country and this hotel definitely lives up to it. Would absolutely come back here next summer!! Definitely reccomend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable and beautiful place to stay.

Had to change the room twice due to issues with the room including blocked drains, noise, lights are not working etc. terrible service overall

The hotel was in October 21 for 3 nights during an independent trip to Turkey. The price was the lowest of the all-inclusive hotels.
We took a family room (two bathrooms!) for four on the 6th floor.
The room is small, the furniture is utilitarian, satellite TV, 95 channels, including Russia, Ukraine, the view from the windows to the roof and the wasteland, the elevator is always busy. There is no territory. No room cleaning
Location on 3 lines, a bus goes to the beach every 20 minutes, the same amount of walking, but uncomfortable.
Towels and sun loungers are available, there is a bar on the beach.
The beach itself is small, a very small space is fenced with buoys, there is nowhere to swim and it is very shallow.
Excellent restaurant.
We liked the hotel for our 3 days, despite the above disadvantages. Those who travel for a week or more will be bored.
Not up to 5 stars.

Room cleaning was poor, only rubbish was thrown out. There were no refreshing drinks in the minibar when we checked in. The hotel is new, the staff in the restaurant did not have time to clean the dishes, there were not enough appliances. But it is clear that they are trying very hard, the food is varied, and, most importantly, it is delicious, like all Turkish cuisine. The hotel has poor animation, but we will write everything off for the end of the season. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there is something to work on.
