Great location., spacious rooms and great reception service.

The room was spacious. The view (ground floor) was poor as the window faced the back of the playground (a tent). The food from the cafe of the hotel was surprisingly good, love the omelette. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had daily housekeeping and my room was kept clean and tidy.

Loverly place for the family right in the middle of it all so no.long walks to where its going on. Stones throw from the harbour. Just wish they had a pool that's the only thing missing. I would come back regardless though. Good parking too.

Such a good location next to the harbour. Hotel is perfect for anyone. At the back of the hotel is a small childrens theme park and lots of shops. Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely sized balconies, breakfast is served in a coffee bar at the back and it is a small but delicious continenal selection.

By far the worst hotel and worst rooms we ever booked. For starters, the receptionist was very unhelpful and unprofessional. The room is nothing like in the photos! At first glance it looked clean BUT when I left the door open to get fresh air in, I noticed at least 15 different bodily hair scattered between the bedsheets, on top and underneath! It was disgusting and OBVIOUSLY the sheets had NOT been changed! When reported to the reception and asked to come and see for herself, she said it wasnt her job to do and called the cleaning lady to change the sheets in our presence, which she did. During that time, we noticed, to our horror, that the bed pillows had Yellow stains everywhere, so did the mattress! It was totally GROSS and We decided to leave immediately! We paid 190 eu for 2 nights we did not stay there more than 30 minutes. Asked for a refund, the reception directed us to the hotel Manager. Not only did he refuse to refund us, but he shrugged it off, like its no big deal!!! He was completely unprofessional, did not even offer us an upgrade ( not that we would have stayed anyways). We insisted on the refund but he refused multiple times, even though the room hygiene was appalling and we did not use the accommodation. Our day was ruined. We would like to warn unsuspected holidaymakers as to avoid the Blue Harbour boutique hotel in Ayia Napa at all costs! In the end, we booked a 5 star brand hew hotel, so luckily our holiday wasnt completely ruined, but booking last minute cost us a small fortune. I hope noone else has to go through this and deal with such poor standards of accommodation and customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

My wife & I stayed at the Blue Harbour for 2 nights. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Very helpful & friendly staff. Beautiful rooms - Perfect Location. Totally impressed with the level of service that Tasos & Lambros & their staff offer to each and every guest.

Perfect location , Nice size of clean up rooms completed with comfortable beds .Every morning very tasty breakfast with champagne for a high morning taste. Free parking also available in front of hotel for those who decides to hire a car. Restaurants and I can say best restaurants are in a walking distance. Harbour and beach are round the corner . Definitely I recommend this beautiful hotel.

We are currently here... Amazing. Rooms are super clean and I tend to be very picky on that. Staff was sooo helpful and location is amazing. Breakfast is also great. AC and WIFI are really at their top as well.
