酒店有23個房間，巴掌大的地方，中間就一個泳池，自助早餐必須走20多分鐘，在遊客餐廳吃。前台服務能幫拿行李，但經營意識極差，當天就4人住宿，給的第一個房，窗關不上，紗門有縫隙，怕不安全和蚊蟲，要求換房，後給了一個四周封起來，看不一點景色的房間，2個人的房間，就1張椅子，奇了怪了，為什麼一定要向客人展示最差的服務！ 酒店衹適合自駕，退房後酒店用車送到停車場，沒有車的顧客，要推着行李走2公里，才能到達公交車站，汽車送送，也就2分鐘的事，這是什麼服務！ 呀諾達是5A景區，世界上會有這樣的5A，有一塊巴掌大的濕地，還有一條除了樹林就是樹林的棧道，再也沒有什麼景點了，當然有收費的玻璃棧橋等遊樂設施，但也僅限於這玻璃橋有遊客外，其餘都是荒廢着。

房間升級為豪華大床後在一樓，一開門就是泳池和躺椅，4月中旬的雨林夜温度剛剛好，在躺椅上看着泳池和熱帶植物有種在東南亞的錯覺，空氣裏一直有香香的味道，遠處蟲鳴鳥叫，非常愜意美好，像小時候的夜晚。床鋪舒適，其中2個枕頭是乳膠枕，淋浴間和衞生間巨大無比，還以為是另一個房間，設施齊全，有驅蚊液，有電視冰箱晾衣桿，前台也有驅蚊噴霧。酒店的服務人員也非常熱心，見面會熱情的打招呼，介紹酒店的各項設施。泳池深1.4m，小童友好，大人也夢遊的起來，旁邊還有2個温泉泡池和個魚療池。交通的話要導航呀諾達旅遊景區停車場，右手接待中心有酒店商務車送到景區內的酒店大堂，商務車衹負責接送各一次，入住酒店包含門票和景區接駁車，不用購買索道即可完成整個景區的遊覽。吃飯的話景區有一個雨林餐廳，量大實惠，中午可以吃88一位得自助餐，或者在濕地景觀區旁吃炒飯或麪條涼皮米粉等，沒有景區加價。

雨林一號酒店衞生一流！服務一流！設施齊全，環境非常好。特別是泳池和温泉，魚療。。。太棒了！下次來呀諾達，肯定還住這裏！孩子留戀忘返，玩得不亦樂乎。上下山大奔接送，隨叫隨到，還送景區門票。酒店離景區很近，遊玩很方便！

酒店挺難找，從三亞灣過來開了兩個小時，我們九點多到了度假村，一個人沒有，定位也不對，以為開錯路了，打給酒店前台，讓我們等着門口派車來接，度假村門口有充電樁，不錯，20：00後酒店沒吃的了，我們衹能吃泡麪，含的魚池和温泉也是到22：30，第二天16：30才開，事先頁面也沒介紹，不知道，衹玩了一會，還好人少，魚池爸媽玩的不亦樂乎，温泉沒來得及泡，訂了兩間高級雙床，分的很開，一間在地下室，衞生條件一般，壁櫥玻璃上都是灰，進門看到壁虎爬，陽台門陳舊，老媽早上醒來看到門口兩衹貓眼，嚇得不敢一個人呆著，就將就一個晚上，早餐很好吃，雖然東西不多，但很新鮮，買了景區的輕鬆遊，就一站，下一站就到酒店，感覺不值，萌寵樂園，孩子玩的挺開心，山裡空氣好，工作人員都挺好，老爸挺喜歡這個酒店

真心累…這年頭出來住個酒店事還那麼多，訂單上什麼圖片的房間就給我什麼房間，也沒指望你們能給我升級，難道就這麼難嗎？ 我訂的豪華房，這不算最差的房型，上午10點前後和酒店溝通，儘量安排在2樓，酒店也答應了… 1小時後，也就是11點到達酒店，前台建議我先帶孩子去玩項目，等我們玩好回到酒店的時候，沒想到啊，一間沒有正常窗户的閣樓房等着我…和我説沒法換了，沒房了。 安排的房型或許有人喜歡，但是我不喜歡，最後，在攜程的幫助協調下換了房！ 至於其他，游泳池水太冷小朋友沒有玩，也沒看到有人玩水。有個小魚池是免費的，晚上有人在泡腳。 目前酒店沒有自己的餐廳，早餐晚餐跑到景區值班餐廳點的菜，價格來説，衹能説一般般… 填飽肚子。 房間衞生一般，整體來説一般，這衞生間我都有點嫌棄。 住一晚足夠了，個別前台姑娘服務還是可以的。

這個酒店應該是景區自己開的，前台就可以買到折扣價的遊樂項目票，省了不少錢。酒店服務是非常好的，大酒店的風範，特別正規，而且熱情。山下有專屬的停車場，然後有專車接上山，VIP的趕腳。房間非常寬敞，衞生間超大。早餐很豐盛的，有炒菜炸雞啥的。午餐沒在這兒吃，不知道啥情況。晚餐我們六個人點了七個熱菜一個涼菜，花了450，感覺不算太貴，味道也不錯，除了涼菜量有點少。酒店院子裏有一個游泳池，兩個温泉池，一個魚療池，温泉池和魚療池都是那種小方池子，不過衹有住酒店的客人來玩兒，也夠用了，魚療池特別適合小朋友玩。綜合來説，如果你本來就打算來雨林逛逛（天堂，呀諾達，檳榔谷選一個就行），那這個酒店性價比最高，體驗感最好，特別是傍晚遊客離開景區以後和早上九點半遊客還沒進來之前，整個雨林都是你的，那感覺，太舒服了。所以，推薦推薦推薦。
