The location was great, everything is very close to you. It’d a simple hotel with no breakfast. But it was good. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe there and they were very kind!

the service was perfect as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and nice decor. the only problem there is no parking.

The first thing they offered me at reception was a room with one bed, even though I had booked a room with two separate beds. Which was unimaginable for me. then
got room no. 603 with two beds.
I can only rate the cleanliness as Mangeled. The reason is that there is black mold on the rubber. Room service was not what I imagined, you have to call them every time.
Shampoo and soaps were not enough for a day and not even for one person, although the room was designed for two people.
The area was a disaster!!! I left the curtains closed so as not to see the surrounding skyscrapers!!!
The cutlery was not exchanged but washed in the room by room service. It was still broken!
So such a hotel in Lebanon and for the price wasn't a good deal at all maybe not a good experience.

Stayed there 2 nights. Average. I liked it, as it was ti restaurants and to all the places I needed to go to.
Finding a close by parking spot in the street was sometimes a challenge.
I would stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at 35 Rooms. The hotel was nice, the location was great, and they even upgraded me because they weren't full. Great people!
