The front desk staff who dealt with me on the first and second days also supported my clumsy English. thank you.
The room leaked outside when hot water was stored in the bathtub.
Also, although it may be unavoidable, I could hear footsteps, door slamming sounds, and conversations in the surrounding rooms.
Considering the price, I think it's reasonable.

No heating. Offered a radiator with no control knob that did not work. Nothing but single quilt offered and that had blood stains. Need some customer service training as I sat in reception for 10 minutes.

Security a real issue at all premier inns, gates replaced by cctv . Now Common for vehicles to be broken into in the middle of the day and 3 & 4 times a day. Just seems to be acceptable. Security needs sorting!!

No dishes, juice or spoons available at breakfast and one of the sinks in the toilets was full of vomit at breakfast. The table for breakfast wasn’t reserved at our time of booking and the whole place was disorganised. It’s a shame because we generally have good experiences with Premier inn.

My friend and I were staying here to be near a tv studio we were in the audience of. This hotel was small but perfect in quite an easy to find location just off a main road. Morning breakfast staff and food availability then was great.

Room as expected, clean and sufficient for an overnight stay. Reasonable price but parking £6 extra per night. Dinner in the evening had hopeless service, 2 major items off menu, main course brought to the table when only half way through our starters. Asked waiter if he would put these under the hot lamp to prevent them getting cold. He picked them up and put on the table behind us. Paying for the meal deal” was unreal and took ages.
